| In the new substation engineering management,the progress management is an important aspect of project management.At present,our country electric power enterprises in the construction project progress management means is still in the traditional extensive management mode,the modern project management theory in the progress management application is not enough.Under market economy conditions,the project schedule is an important aspect to reflect the efficiency of project progress,closely related to the project cost and quality,the stability and safety of the project,the management requirements and therefore more and more high,therefore,in the construction process,to make full use of schedule management theory,to guide the preparation and implementation of the project schedule.Weifang area is developing rapidly,but there is still a weak link in Weifang power network,the power grid construction should not only meet the requirements of high quality and demand of economic development,but also pay attention to clean energy.Weifang power grid construction is still in a period of rapid development.So the 220 k V Songzhuang station substation project was studied as an example,to establish a new management model,promote the whole management level of electric power construction.Based on the basic theory research of electric power and project progress management,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the project schedule management from the perspective of the project construction.Through to Songzhuang station substation project were work structure decomposition and confirm the sequence of the sub project,using the network technology of the preparation of the project schedule,and in accordance with the goal of the project,to optimize,to protect the project progress plan can satisfy the actual requirements of the degree of management.At the same time,according to the project progress plan implementation process,the establishment of project schedule control monitoring mechanism,and the possible progress deviation analysis,determine its impact on the project duration,and take measures to eliminate,to update the project schedule.At the end of this dissertation for 220 k V Songzhuang station substation project schedule management is facing major problems,from organization,technology,environment and capital construction project schedule management of safeguard measures,establish and improve the schedule management system,administrative procedures and requirements,improve project management personnel of the theoretical level and operational capacity,to help them solve problems encountered in the process of construction projects in the project time management,so as to ensure the full realization of the goal of project schedule management. |
