Schedule management is the important content in the process of project implementation, the goal is to guarantee the project according to the preset target durability, ensuring the duly completed; Good progress management should be a realistic project schedule, a good schedule must be accurate and feasible, so that the managers clearly understand project implementation experience in each link. In a engineering facilities construction of good schedule management can effectively reduce the project cost and improve economic benefit of the project.Taking jinan WoHuShan reservoir water supply line reconstruction project tunnel construction project as the research object, using the analysis of the proposed project schedule management knowledge, in this paper. Research process in accordance with the requirements of the construction project contract made the initial schedule, then based on the engineering unit construction personnel, technology, material and project comprehensive evaluation of unknown risk and unpredictable factors, further optimize the original plan, technology, material ration of the people involved in the aspects of the indicators, through the normative system of project activities to implement the dynamic progress control, at the same time, on the basis of project risk is expected in the balanced allocation of various resources, balanced ratio, ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Based on the reconstruction project for jinan WoHuShan reservoir water supply lines tunnel hole construction projects a line of field data collection, through the project gantt chart, the critical path after checking data measured, such as, work breakdown exist in the calculated by the method of earned value project schedule delay phenomenon, is proposed to improve the organization relationship, adjust the critical path and adjust the working relationship to schedule optimization method, and according to the project time limit and reasonable resource allocation plan, put forward "static planning, dynamic control" the progress of the project management methods.
