As an important part of the project construction,the systematic and scientific management of the project plays an important role in a single project,to a certain extent,determines the benign development of the construction unit itself.Project management project implementation progress among them is a very important part.In this regard,the project implementation of construction progress control is conducive to the overall goal of the progress of the construction project.Taking the construction project of the First-phase Construction Project of World Overseas Chinese Innovation Center as a case study,this paper discusses the application of the project progress management theory and method in the construction of the project from the point of the project progress and control.This paper introduces the background and significance of the construction project of the First-phase Construction Project of World Overseas Chinese Innovation Center,expounds the related theories of the project schedule plan and control,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the main construction contents of the project and the key factors that affect the progress of the project.The contents of the project organization structure,work breakdown,and responsibility distribution are determined.On the basis of taking into full consideration the importance and urgency of the project,use the network diagram to formulate the project progress plan and determine the"key line".In the process of implementation,the earned value method and progress front line are used for progress control and PDCA management.The reasons for the deviation are analyzed in time,and the optimization suggestions are put forward and effectively improved and adjusted to ensure the smooth progress of the First-phase Construction Project of World Overseas Chinese Innovation CenterThrough this study,the progress plan and control of the first phase construction project of the innovation center of the world overseas Chinese businessmen is completed,draws up an optimization project schedule based on the characteristics of the old factory building renovation projects,the importance and urgency of the projects,and the various problems encountered in the implementation.The schedule control measures are feasible and effective,adjust the deviation in time,and basically achieve the pre-determined construction target.This research will provide guidance and reference for the practice of the progress management of the new Shougang Park.
