| With the transformation and upgrading of global manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing has become an inevitable trend.Under this background,domestic manufacturing enterprises put forward higher requirements for mechanical talents in secondary vocational schools.In particular,the requirements for future workers’ innovative ability,ability to solve practical problems,and ability to learn independently are further improved.At the same time,with the advancement of education reform,the scale of students in secondary vocational colleges continues to expand.However,at present,the quality of talents trained in vocational colleges can’t fully meet the new job requirements,resulting in widespread unemployment among graduates.Therefore,it has become the consensus of secondary vocational schools to strengthen the employment competitiveness and vocational adaptability of secondary vocational students and lead the vocational education reform with the goal of cultivating students’ professional core literacy.Based on this,this study firstly analyzes the connotation of vocational core literacy of vocational NC students in Guizhou province under the background of intelligent manufacturing on the basis of previous studies and combined with the needs of talents in advanced manufacturing enterprises in Guizhou province.Secondly,based on the training requirements of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students majoring in numerical control in Guizhou Province,the current situation of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students majoring in numerical control and the teaching status of NC Lathe Processing and Programming in secondary vocational schools are studied,and the main problems and reasons are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the training requirements of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students majoring in numerical control in Guizhou Province,the teaching practice of NC Lathe Machining and Programming is optimized.In order to ensure the scientific nature of the research,a comparative experiment was specially set up.Finally,the results are summarized and prospected.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Interviews and questionnaires were conducted with enterprises in close cooperation with Guizhou Q Secondary Vocational and Technical College,and the emphases of enterprises’ professional core literacy requirements for secondary vocational CNC students were collected.Combined with expert opinions,the core literacy that secondary vocational CNC students should have at present was sorted out as follows:professional identity,standardized operation awareness,communication and cooperation awareness,information processing and learning ability,innovative and critical thinking,problem-solving ability,positive attitude and craftsman spirit.(2)Taking the students majoring in numerical control technology in Guizhou Q Secondary Vocational and Technical College as the object,the present situation of professional core literacy training in teaching is known through questionnaire survey,and then teachers’ emphasis on professional core literacy,teaching content,teaching process and practical training are known through interviews with teachers.Then,the main existing problems are analyzed as follows: lack of professional core literacy training in teaching,too single teaching methods and ignoring students’ individual differences.(3)Based on the professional core literacy that the students majoring in numerical control in secondary vocational schools should have at present,and taking two classes as a control,the design optimization is carried out from three aspects: teaching content,teaching process and teaching evaluation in the course of NC Lathe Processing and Programming,and the results are analyzed.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: the training countermeasures of vocational school students’ professional quality put forward in the course of CNC Lathe Machining and Programming are effective.Incorporating the content of professional core quality meets the internal needs of students’ individual learning and development,stimulates students’ subjective initiative,significantly improves students’ professional core quality,academic performance and the finished product rate of parts processing,and is conducive to enhancing students’ employment competitiveness.I hope this paper can supplement and promote teachers’ research on the cultivation of students’ professional quality in specific courses,produce good application results,and provide some reference for the teaching reform of secondary vocational education courses in Guizhou province. |
