The art of teaching have two directions: theoretical direction and practical direction. On thesecondary vocational school, should be the emphasis on practical direction. Now the face of highschool art teaching theory and dogmatic, this article from the perspective of occupation guide putforward some reform ideas, starting from the needs of society, take the employment as theguidance, the middle school art fashion art design as an example to discuss how to developpractical teaching, promoting the students future employment, starting from the actual teaching,typical and feasibility, hope can make middle school art teachers recognize some drawbacks inteaching, the teaching emphasis on the practical and occupation guidance, make secondaryschool art teaching more efficient, close to the actual.We can not be buried in the pile of paper every day, research, teaching basic knowledge,theories taught how to do it, but to focus on training students in design and creative skills. Afterstudying fashion design students at the school for some time into the relevant companies toparticipate in practice, the results of a comprehensive assessment of both schools and enterprises,making the results more objective and reference value. Really experience the social production,which will enable students to understand what companies need talent, and in practice to makesecondary vocational school students improve their professional skills, but also learned theimportance of teamwork, improve interpersonal skills and social competition resilience. Weshould take career-oriented reform vocational students art teaching methods, teaching methodsfor students to choose teaching, teaching art to achieve efficiency. Through professional teachingreform can improve students’ professional competence and expand employment opportunities forstudents to explore social development in line with a certain characteristic ways of teaching.
