With the rapid development of the social economy,China’s tea industry has become increasingly prosperous,playing a positive role in driving local economic development and promoting the implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy.In this context,the tea industry’s requirements for the training of technically skilled personnel have also been increasing.At the same time,the implementation of modern apprenticeship is a major initiative of China’s vocational education to promote the cultivation of technically skilled talents.Through the implementation of modern apprenticeship,it can effectively promote school-enterprise cooperation and improve the current situation of the disconnection between the training objectives of schools and the job requirements of enterprises,while the curriculum,as the core and foundation of education,is crucial to the smooth implementation of modern apprenticeship and the high-quality development of vocational education.On the basis of literature analysis,the existing studies on modern apprenticeship are sorted out,the concepts of modern apprenticeship and curriculum construction are defined,and the theories of apprenticeship,community of practice and industry-university cooperation are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper.Based on Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the Notice of the State Council on the Issuance of the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform,a modern apprenticeship-based curriculum construction is established.The guiding ideology of secondary school curriculum construction based on modern apprenticeship is established,while dual education,core competence and modular construction are taken as the basic principles of modern apprenticeship-based curriculum construction.This paper uses the current students and graduates of the Anhua Black Tea School’s Tea Production and Processing course as the subject of a questionnaire survey,and the school’s professional teachers and relevant enterprise leaders and industry experts as interviewees to conduct survey interviews.The research found that the school’s Tea Processing Technology course has been effective in terms of teaching team building,teaching resources and implementation environment.However,there are still the following shortcomings in the implementation process: the school and enterprise sides do not have a deep enough understanding of the modern apprenticeship system;the school and enterprise sides do not communicate closely enough;the school and enterprise sides need to improve the protection measures for students.Based on the above problems,improvement strategies are proposed from the following four aspects: in-depth study of policy documents,strengthening the top-level design of curriculum construction;comprehensive and in-depth investigation,implementing SWOT analysis of curriculum construction;strengthening the linkage between the two sides,building a communication and coordination mechanism for curriculum construction;strengthening protection measures,improving the legitimate rights and interests of students(apprentices).In this way,the course construction of Tea Processing Technology will be promoted to facilitate the high quality development of the school. |
