The chemical industry is an essential part of national production.In the context of the increasingly rapid development of the chemical industry,chemical safety accidents have frequently occurred,causing huge losses to the national economy and huge threats to the personal safety of industry personnel.Secondary vocational school students belong to a special group in society.Secondary vocational students have a relatively low level of education and weak basic knowledge of chemistry;they have less pressure to study and have less purpose in studying;students generally feel confused and show a lot of problem behaviors in the classroom;they are at a critical stage of adolescence,Curiosity is strong,and physical and psychological changes are taking place.However,most of the students in vocational chemistry and chemical engineering majors will enter chemical plants to engage in first-line experimental operations after graduation.This puts forward higher requirements for students’ safety experiment capabilities.Therefore,for vocational chemistry and chemical engineering majors,It is necessary for the students to carry out chemical safety professional literacy education to improve their safety professional literacy.This article is based on the rapid development of the chemical industry,but the background of the era where chemical safety accidents frequently occur,and conducts a series of researches on chemical safety literacy of secondary vocational students in chemical engineering.This article mainly uses the three research methods of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The author first read a lot of literature about literacy,safety literacy,chemical safety literacy,characteristics of secondary vocational students,and secondary vocational chemical majors,and organized the documents in detail.Then the author selects Tianjin’s most representative chemical secondary vocational school—Tianjin Chemical Industry School as the survey object.After designing a questionnaire and analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the survey results are collected to analyze the students’ chemical safety literacy status quo.Finally,the author had in-depth exchanges with the teachers and relevant leaders of Tianjin Chemical Industry School,and summarized the current guidance and suggestions for chemical safety professional literacy of chemical students in the school and related countermeasures. |
