| In the current economic situation of our country,the chemical industry develops rapidly,and the demand for talents is in an urgent position.At the same time,the supply of talents in the chemical industry is in short supply and the demand for graduates exceeds demand.As the main force of talent reserve in the chemical industry,the degree of identification of students majoring in chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools often affects their learning enthusiasm,their career intention and their attitude towards possible future jobs.Therefore,the study on how to improve the professional identity of students majoring in chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools is of great significance to alleviate the sharp contradiction between the increasing demand of chemical workers and the backward understanding and employment view of chemical industry,as well as to the stability of our country’s chemical professionals and the development of chemical industry.Based on the research on the professional identity of the students majoring in chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools in the new era,this paper selects the students majoring in chemical engineering in S Secondary Vocational School in Guangdong Province as the subjects of investigation,through comprehensive analysis of 395 sample data,to find out the knowledge and attitude of the students to their major,and to know the current situation of the professional identity of students majoring in chemical engineering in secondary vocational schools.This paper also makes a deep analysis of the influencing factors,and puts forward relevant strategies to promote students’ professional identity,so as to provide some references for the similar studies in the future.After studying the professional identity of students majoring in chemical engineering in S Vocational School in Guangdong Province,the author thinks that the degree of professional identity of students is only at the middle level,and there are many factors that affect their professional identity,including individual level factor,school level factor,social level factor and other level factor and so on.Combining the interviewees and own professional advantages and experiences,the author puts forward the following strategies to enhance the professional identity of students majoring in chemical engineering from aspects of strengthening major construction,optimizing resource allocation,strengthening classroom management and integrating ideological and political education. |
