Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Mould Design And Manufacturing Professional Training Course In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the vigorous development of secondary vocational education and die industry,the graduates of die design and manufacturing specialty trained by secondary vocational schools have become an important source of talents in die industry,and the requirements of enterprises for the positions of die professionals are becoming higher and higher.Mold specialty in secondary vocational school is an important base for training applied technical talents for mould design,production and maintenance.Mould design and manufacturing training course plays an important role in improving students’ vocational skills.Only by improving the quality of the training course,can we better cultivate excellent mould application-oriented talents.In recent years,vocational schools have increased their investment in the construction of practical training courses for die design and manufacturing,but there are still many shortcomings in the practical training courses,which need to be further improved.Aiming at the actuality of the training course of mould design and manufacturing in secondary vocational schools,this study investigates and studies the students,instructors,executives and front-line workers of mould specialty in secondary vocational schools by means of on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire and face-to-face interview,Understand and analyze the demand for talents in die and mould enterprises and the problems existing in die and mould training courses in Vocational schools,and put forward corresponding solutions.The results show that the main problems existing in the training course of die design and manufacturing in vocational schools are as follows: The construction of training base and training equipment are relatively backward,which can not be updated in time,and can not fully meet the training requirements of students majoring in mould design and manufacturing;The proportion of practical courses in the total class hours is insufficient;The docking of training textbooks with enterprises is not enough,and the means of training teaching is single;The shortage of "double-qualified" training instructors,lack of practical experience,and limited teaching level of introducing professionals into enterprises.This paper studies the actual situation of the training course of "Xinbao Mould Apprenticeship Class",and puts forward the following specific solutions: Improving the construction of in-school training base for mould specialty and the investment of training equipment,strengthening cooperation with enterprises,and implementing out-of-school training base;Increase the proportion of training courses to about 50% to meet the national standards;Cooperate with enterprises to compile practical training textbooks,and adopt advanced teaching methods that conform to the characteristics of practical training courses;Improving the teaching level of mould training instructors by introducing talents from enterprises and conducting education and training,dispatching in-school training teachers to enterprises for practice,etc.
