Our economy has changed from a rapid development stage to a high quality stage,a batch of high-quality comprehensive application talents are urgently needed as support.Excellent vocational and technical personnel should not only be limited to improving their professional skills,but also have a high sense of professional thinking.Technical level can be cultivated by students’ professional skills courses,while thinking consciousness is the professional literacy that comes along with the learning process of professional skills.Since the goal of secondary vocational education is to cultivate a well-rounded person,it is especially important to incorporate vocational core literacy into the talent training program of secondary vocational education.However,through the collation of literature,there are few research results on the cultivation of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational students at this stage.The available research results mainly focus on the definition of the connotation of vocational literacy and the cultivation path,which have not yet formed a research system,and mostly focus on theoretical research,lacking empirical analysis.Based on this,this study selects the vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students as the research object,and aims to construct a scientific model of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students through literature research,expert consultation and realistic investigation.Through the questionnaire survey,the main factors affecting the cultivation of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students are explored,and the contingent transformation of vocational core literacy cultivation of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students is explored.On this basis,we propose a pathway for the cultivation of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students to provide reference for the realistic cultivation of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students.Based on the literature review,this study firstly identifies the components of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students and proposes the hypothesis of the factors influencing literacy cultivation.An empirical study was conducted in four secondary schools in Jiangsu Province to collect data from formal research samples and to analyze the current situation and factors influencing the development of vocational core literacy among secondary school students in environmental protection and testing,combined with teacher interviews.It was found that the mean value of vocational core literacy water of secondary environmental protection and testing students was 3.816,which was at a moderately low level;there was a significant influence of club experience,school service experience and internship experience on the vocational core literacy level of secondary environmental protection and testing students,and there was no significant difference of gender on the vocational core literacy level of secondary environmental protection and testing students;from the influencing factors From the analysis of the results,it was concluded that campus culture,teachers’ teaching,curriculum,individual students,and enterprises had significant effects on the cultivation effect of vocational core literacy of secondary vocational environmental protection and testing students.Based on the results of the study,an experimental project was conducted in a school in Nanjing to cultivate the vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students.Based on the experimental results and research findings,we systematically proposed the cultivation paths from the main factors affecting the cultivation of vocational core literacy of secondary-level environmental protection and testing students: the social government should improve the top-level design and give full play to the role of coordination to provide institutional guarantee for school cultivation;the school level should systematically improve the vocational core literacy cultivation system from the curriculum and teachers’ teaching;the enterprises should improve their social responsibility and strengthen the role of the main cultivator.Enterprises should enhance their sense of social responsibility and strengthen the role of nurturing subjects;individual students should cultivate independent learning motivation and stimulate their inner potential. |
