Research On Improvement Of Cutting Tool Supplier Management In Enterprise A

Supplier management plays an important role in the supply chain management of enterprises.In fact,supplier management has not been paid enough attention in many enterprises.Therefore,it is an urgent task to discuss and guide enterprises to pay attention to supplier management and implement supplier management in enterprise management.On the basis of reviewing the theories of supplier selection,supplier cultivation and supplier channel development at home and abroad,based on the actual situation of tool supplier management in enterprise A,this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of cutting tool supplier management in enterprise A.From the perspective of classification,this paper constructs a two-dimensional matrix model of supplier classification from the two dimensions of producer to supplier and supplier to producer substitutability,and divides the cutting tool suppliers of enterprise A into four categories: common cutting tool suppliers,special customized cutting tool suppliers and high-end key cutting tool suppliers.According to the different characteristics of three kinds of suppliers,this paper designs the classification management scheme of these three kinds of suppliers.It includes the improvement scheme of general tool supplier selection method,the improvement scheme of special customized tool supplier relationship management and the improvement scheme of high-end key tool supplier channel management.Among them,the high-end key cutting tool supplier is the most difficult cutting tool supplier to manage,followed by the special customized cutting tool supplier,while the general cutting tool supplier is relatively easy to manage.At the same time,in order to ensure the implementation of the cutting tool supplier classification management scheme and effectively solve the problems in the cutting tool supplier management of enterprise A,this paper establishes the corresponding guarantee mechanism in the development of the cutting tool supplier management system and the improvement of the cutting tool supplier management system.In this paper,through the study of supplier management,combined with the situation of cutting tool supplier management of enterprise A,we study the scheme which is in line with the situation of cutting tool supplier management of enterprise A,and we are committed to solving the problems existing in the cutting tool supplier of enterprise A at present,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of cutting tool supplier management of enterprises.
