Study On Optimization Scheme Of Supplier Management Of SD Company

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce competition of companies,the competitions with company individually has been difficult to maintain the advantages and competitiveness.One of the key factors for companies to survive is to create a more high-quality and efficient supply chain.As an important part of supply chain,supplier's operation and coordination ability can directly affect the whole supply chain.The commercial competitiveness and performance of the terminal retail enterprises depend to a great extent on the ability of the enterprise management suppliers.Therefore,the establishment of a sound supplier management system,strengthen the selection of suppliers,evaluation and maintenance of the entire supply chain to ensure efficient and stable operation of the foundation,should be consider the focus of the procurement strategy.This paper takes the SD company as an example,to analysis the problems and difficulties in the process of global procurement of SD company,especially the procurement in China base on the analyzing and studying the relevant theory of supplier management system.This paper studies how multinational companies select suppliers and set up the evaluation system and supplier relationship management measures.And proposes the improvement plan for SD Company's supplier management system,in order to solve the problems they are facing.This paper focuses on the principles of supplier selection,comprehensive indicators and selection methods,and how to simulate suppliers.Also,this paper indicated supplier valuation and selection method – Linear Weight Method.Author identified the causes of cause of the problem and propose solutions and implementation steps to improve SD company's supplier management system.It is believed that this research has a certain reference significance for the purchasing enterprises of the fashion industry.
