Nowadays,the steel for household appliances has basically met the domestic market demand,the industry competition has become more intense,and the profit has become lower and lower.In order to maintain good competitiveness,Hegang New Material must select and manage suppliers scientifically.At present,there are some problems in the company's existing purchasing system:firstly,the standards set for the supplier evaluation system are not specific and scientific;secondly,steel as the main material is purchased with large quantities,but Hegang New Material can only passively receive the price fluctuations accompanying the market;thirdly,Hegang new material has not established the strategic alliance partnership with the core suppliers,resulting in a decline in customer satisfaction and a loss of customers every year.In addition to the impact of bulk materials on product prices,which affects corporate profits,so it is the important factor which company leads to the market through the upgrading of corporate products.Therefore,this topic starts from the current supplier management status of Hegang New Material to investigate the existing problems in the company's supplier management system.By studying the theoretical knowledge about supplier management and combining many domestic and foreign literatures on the case of supplier management,the research of this topic is conducted.The subject mainly uses interviews and other methods to determine the main indicators of supplier selection,fully utilizes theoretical knowledge to determine the five factors of cost,technology,quality,response,and delivery,and uses a questionnaire survey of supplier selection in each department of Hegang New Material.Determine the weight of selected indicators,use AHP to build a model,perform statistical analysis based on survey data and MATLAB software,apply quantitative and qualitative analysis methods to the results obtained,and propose improvements to the existing ERP system.Enterprise competitiveness.
