| Market economy promotes the transformation of traditional enterprise-level competition model to supply chain-based competition model.The importance of the core enterprises in the supply chain to the upstream and downstream links is highlighted.Cooperative development between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain,selecting,cultivating and stimulating from the market supply base.The right suppliers are very important for the development of enterprises.Under the traditional competitive environment,the demand for suppliers centers on the three categories of price,quality and delivery.Under the competitive mode of supply chain as the main body,lean suppliers put forward more control requirements,such as flexible response,participation in R&D,supply risk,strategic development and so on.The selection and evaluation of lean suppliers become more complex.In this paper,we study the use of precious aluminum and carbon companies as the research object,and use literature data research method,comparative analysis method,qualitative and quantitative methods to study the strategies and measures for small and medium-sized enterprises to promote lean supplier management.First of all,in light of the market conditions of electrolytic aluminum and carbon in recent years,theproblems of precious aluminum carbon companies in supplier management are described and the related reasons are analyzed.The advancement of precious aluminum carbon companies in promoting lean supplier management is analyzed.Feasibility and necessity.Secondly,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built to compare the advantages of lean suppliers and traditional suppliers,and the relevant influencing factors of lean suppliers were put forward.A specific supplier of precious aluminum carbon company was used as the analysis object to analyze the examples.Thirdly,it promotes supplier management in terms of optimizing supplier management resources,enhancing supplier management efficiency,strengthen supplier relationship management and continuous improvement,advancing suppliers’ layout to reduce supply risks,monitoring supplier performance to prevent suppliers’ risks,and improving supply capacity.Finally,the measures,experience,and deficiencies of this article are refined,and the possible research directions for future lean supplier management are proposed. |
