Under the impact of global economic integration,Chinese manufacturing industry is facing new opportunities and challenges,the market competition is becoming more and more serious,and the importance of commercial cooperation is becoming more and more obvious.Enterprises only pay attention to their own internal management has long been unable to obtain excellent business performance,and the demand for strengthening cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises is becoming stronger and stronger.With the gradual improvement of the relevant theories of supply chain management,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to every link in the supply chain.Supplier management,as the source of supply chain management,directly affects the cost control,product quality and production of enterprises.Whether an enterprise can lead its competitors in supplier management has a great impact on the success of the whole supply chain competition.It is a necessary way to improve the supplier management level of ZG company to study the related theories and methods of supplier selection,classification,performance management and relationship management,and to analyze the problems existing in supplier management of ZG company according to relevant theories.Taking into account of the reality of ZG company and the problems of frequent bidding and winning the bid at low price,this paper puts forward the improvement method of optimizing the supplier structure and optimizing the bidding scheme;Considering the defects that the classification of suppliers is unclear and the supply risk is not taken into account,the supplier is reclassified by KaraJack model.In order to solve the problem of inefficient supplier performance control,the index and weight of supplier performance evaluation are redetermined by means of investigation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the corresponding management strategies are given.In view of the problem that the cooperative relationship with suppliers is not deep enough,a series of methods to strengthen supplier relationship management are put forward.Finally,the implementation guarantee of supplier management optimization scheme in ZG company is analyzed.
