The procurement process has been changed tremendously by the globalization.Profit,procurement lead-time,business outsourcing,mergers and reorganization of enterprises,and product life-cycle issues have become important factors in affecting procurement processes.The traditional management methods and tools have become unable.How to improve supplier management and reduce operating costs of supply chain needs urgent solutions for an enterprise in order to maintain the competitiveness.With the increasingly fierce market competition,many of the world’s leading iron and steel enterprises have granted excellent procurement management as a driving force to maintain a competitive advantage,and through cooperation with suppliers to expand the new market value space.The results obtained can be used as reference for the management of the procurement process of domestic steel companies.Based on the theory of supply chain management,organizational evolution,supplier management process reengineering,supplier management,management functions,procurement strategies,etc.Analysis of the long-term cooperative relationship between KISC and its suppliers was been studied under the ERP model.The paper deeply analyzed and studied the problems existing in supplier management of KISC,focusing on the analysis and selection of potential suppliers,to avoid blindness and randomness in material procurement.Combined with the concept,characteristics and main types of supply chain alliance,this paper analyzes the problems and main obstacles in the construction of supply chain alliance in China,and the related benefits distribution principles in supply chain alliance.It was been discussed how KISC chooses and builds a targeted supply chain alliance,and how to play a role in the supply chain alliance to enhance the core competitiveness of steel companies.An evaluation index system for comprehensive supplier management was been proposed to provide theoretical support for KISC to make strategic decisions on supplier management in the procurement process.After the application and optimization of the supplier management ERP system,the work efficiency and quality assurance have been significantly improved。The procurement efficiency has increased by 3.6 times,and the supplier management efficiency has increased by 2.1 times.Combined with the status quo of China’s enterprise supply chain management,this paper analyzed the methods to solve the problem of KISC’s procurement supply chain management.Learning from the supply chain management of domestic similar enterprises to improve the core competitiveness of the company’s supply chain management experience,the relevant content of KISC ’s supplier management system was systematically designed and optimized.The constructive opinions including strict selection of suppliers,quantitative evaluation system of suppliers,innovative procurement system and incentive management measures were inductioned.A preliminary outlook on the application practice and development direction of the next step...
