A Case Study On Supplier Relationship Management System Deployment Of Xi’an LONGI Silicon Materials Corp

In recent years,enterprises are facing tremendous competitive pressures,and there is fierce competition among supply chains.The construction of supplier relationship management systems has been valued by more and more enterprises,and has become a way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises mainly use information technology to establish a close relationship with upstream suppliers using supplier relationship management systems,effectively reducing the cost of managing supply chains,significantly improving supply chain management efficiency,and enhancing supply chain management.Most of the enterprises in developed countries have already put into use the supplier relationship management system and achieved excellent results.For mature enterprises,the supplier relationship management system is an inseparable part of its information construction.Based on supply chain management theory,organizational change theory,project management theory and ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library),this paper uses case analysis method to build suppliers of Xi’an LONGI Silicon Materials Corp.The relationship management system performs related analysis.Firstly,starting from the contradiction between the enterprise demand of Xi’an LONGI Silicon Materials Corp.and the current informationization and supply management status,the basic situation of the enterprise construction supplier relationship management system is introduced.Secondly,by describing the content of the enterprise’s relationship management organization reform,system construction and system maintenance,the theory and practice of the company’s successful construction of the supplier relationship management system to improve the operational efficiency of the enterprise’s supply chain.Thirdly,from the perspective of organizational change,system construction and system operation and maintenance,this paper analyzes the case,and puts forward the organizational change problem,system construction proposal and maintenance guarantee measures that exist in the successful construction and putting into use of the supplier relationship management system.Finally,the experience of the three aspects of the supplier relationship management system construction of Xi’an LONGI Silicon Materials Corp.is summarized,which is mainly a reasonable organizational change method,a scientific project management method and a perfect operation and maintenance service system.This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of supplier relationship management system by analyzing relevant cases,so that future enterprises can organize changes,business process,system implementation strategy and system operation and maintenance when establishing supplier relationship management system.There are specific reference materials in other areas,which help the enterprise to achieve the goal of system construction to a certain extent,reduce the risk of system construction,and thus improve the level and efficiency of supply management for enterprises.
