With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the increasing demand for health,the competition in the steel industry is increasing.As a technology-intensive industry,technical talents have a vital impact on the development of iron and steel enterprises.Modern enterprise management concept holds that if enterprises want to develop in the competition,then they must continue to strengthen themselves through the core competitiveness.In modern enterprises,employees are the source of core competitiveness of enterprises.Combined with iron and steel enterprises,technical employees are of great significance to the development of iron and steel enterprises.Therefore,under the increasing market form,how to create high added value for iron and steel enterprises The staff of the enterprise has become the key to the management of human resources.Training management refers to the management of employee training,which can make the content of training more in line with the relationship between the enterprise and the employee,and make the knowledge structure of the employee match the ability system and the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the training and management of technical employees will become the focus of the future enterprise human resources work and the overall development strategy of the enterprise.Hongxing Co.,Ltd.as a large state-owned iron and steel joint venture,products involving steelmaking,ironmaking,cement,forging machinery and other fields,with a more perfect training system.However,under the influence of the continuous downturn in the steel market,the pressure of enterprise training is gradually increasing,and the problem of repeated training and training without using needs to be solved urgently.The intensive and economical training model also requires the improvement and optimization of the existing training projects.The original simple evaluation means of the enterprise can no longer meet the needs of the enterprise in the evaluation of the training effect.Therefore,the enterprise needs to build a set of complete training effect evaluation system.This paper takes Hongxing Stock Company as a case study,combined with the combination of Hongxing Stock Company and Hongxing Stock Company as an example.Training theory,technical staff and other theories think about the current situation of training management of senior technical employees in Hongxing Stock Company.Through questionnaire survey,analysis and other writing methods,the training enterprise objectives and the personal goals of technical employees in the training system of technical employees in Hongxing Stock Company are not in line with each other,the training plan is lack of operation,and the training resources are not comprehensive.The training method is not scientific enough,the training effect evaluation is not in place,and the training supervision mechanism is not perfect.It is found that the analysis of training needs is not deep enough,the lack of attention to training,the lack of rationality in the choice of training courses and lecturers,and the lack of rationality on the part of trainers.It is too single to pay attention to the training evaluation and the weakness of the training and supervision,and finally,in combination with the sustainable development of the company as the highest requirement,the company's overall planning can be used as the goal,so as to improve the company's competitiveness and to pay attention to the performance of the company's training.The design goal of the company and the principle of matching with the company's strategic development,the principle of combining with the individual development planning,the principle of the combination of the whole and the differentiation and the improvement principle of the principle of the combination of the whole and the differentiation,put forward the analysis of the training demand,formulate the training plan that can be carried out,have the level,enrich the support system of the training resources,Diversified training form,training evaluation system,and improvement of supervision system in training According to the design,this paper puts forward four safeguard strategies: attaching importance to training,strengthening training organization system,financial support and establishing multi-level training organization.Through the analysis of problems,causes and countermeasures,it can help Hongxing Co.,Ltd to perfect the existing training system,give full play to the training effect,and finally realize the improvement of the quality of senior technical employees in enterprises.
