Since twenty-first Century,the competition between enterprises has changed from the traditional capital and technological level to the innovation ability of the knowledge based talents.Today,with the increasingly fierce competition among various industries,oil companies want to survive and develop in the market competition,and have sufficient strength to cope with the challenge of knowledge economy,it is urgent need a highly efficient management team and a large number of high quality,high level of business,and the training of these personnel are all dependent on the effective development of staff training.Q oil field exploration began in 1954,is a pioneer in the development of new Chinese oil industry and the hardest natural conditions of oil field in China,has been 60 years of development history.In this paper,the Q oil field as the research object,discusses the staff training problems,and puts forward the innovation of this paper: Q oil field training system model based on the improvement measures and the establishment of the staff training evaluation system,based on the questionnaire data analysis,combined with nearly two years of staff training survey report,satisfaction survey report and other issues,analysis of the reasons,and comprehensive use of relevant training theory,the problem to find the current adaptation to the development strategy of Q oil field training improvement program,to maximize the overall effectiveness of employee training.The full text is divided into six chapters: the preface,introduction to the theory of enterprise staff training,Q oil field staff training present situation and problem analysis,Q oil field staff training improvement project,Q oil field staff training improvement project safeguard measures and the conclusion.Through the study of this article,the purpose is to find out the Q oil field problems in staff training,design a set of effective improvement scheme,and to provide some useful experience in the petroleum enterprise training management and talent training.
