With the world economy slowing down,the steel industry has entered a new stage.The period of high profits for steel companies has passed.What is important for steel companies is how to improve the efficiency of their employees.Most of the employees in steel companies are technicians.Their technical ability determines the success or failure of the company.At present,most of the small and medium-sized steel companies have the problem of low level of technicians.In order to realize the good development of iron and steel enterprises,it is necessary to improve the skills of employees,so as to maximize the human resources of iron and steel companies.Firstly,this paper introduces J Steel Company.J Steel Company is a large-scale iron and steel joint private enterprise which integrates ironmaking,steelmaking and rolling.It has the same characteristics as other small and medium-sized steel companies.Then it introduces the current situation of technical staff training in J Steel Company,and then analyzes the training management problems.It is found that there are some problems in the training of technical staff in J Steel Company,such as insufficient understanding of the importance of staff training,inadequate analysis of training needs,simple training methods and lack of supervision on training.On the basis of these problems,some feasible suggestions are put forward based on the theory and practice of the company.These suggestions include establishing correct training concepts,formulating training plans to be implemented by this section,conducting regular theoretical training before entering the post,enriching training methods,and establishing a scientific evaluation and feedback mechanism.In the following chapters,these proposed safeguard measures were also proposed,a learning-oriented organizational culture was established,a training management organization that complied with the development of steel itself was established,and institutional guarantees were provided for training.The establishment of a learning organization culture requires time and effort.It is necessary to respect technical talents and place technical talents in an important position.At the same time,we must establish a study group to create a good learning atmosphere.Training is very important and very difficult.Therefore,a professional management agency is required to ensure its smooth progress.The smooth progress of training can not be separated from a good system,so the company must establish a training system and implement it fairly.Although practical recommendations are put forward in conjunction with companies,the successful implementation of these recommendations requires a great deal of time and effort.J Steel has a large number of personnel and many departments.Good training measures will not be effectively implemented in a short period of time.It is necessary to constantly reflect and improve in the implementation process in order to achieve the best results.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide certain help for the human resources training of J Steel,and also provide valuable reference for other steel companies.
