Strengthening the training of grassroots staff can enhance business skills,improve work attitude,inherit corporate culture,improve work and organizational performance,and promote the implementation of corporate strategic objectives.ZY oilfield grassroots staff training system has been running for many years without adjustment and improvement,which cannot effectively meet the needs of sustainable development of the oilfield.Continuous optimization of the training system for grass-roots staff is an important part of the project of strengthening the enterprise with talents in the oilfield.In the new era,ZY oilfield has put forward the strategic goal of "building the first-class oil and gas field with a capacity of 10 million tons",which puts forward new requirements for the system,mechanism,methods,organization and operation of grass-roots staff training.Based on the current research status at home and abroad,the author investigates and analyzes the current situation of oilfield staff training by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and summary,effectively integrates modern enterprise training theory and method and Internet development trend,and puts forward the strategic positioning and framework of optimization design of grass-roots staff training system through reference,optimization and innovation.Discussing from the four dimensions of training organization system,operation system,curriculum(teaching material)system and resource support system,this paper puts forward the corresponding and practical improvement measures,such as exploring the "4311" grass-roots staff training operation mode,"wide platform + flexible module" curriculum research and development concept,implementation of human resources sharing platform,establishment of “Training Alliance” and “Studio for Deliberating Courses”,building training "cloud" platform and simulation training assessment system,etc.so as to maximize the training value.This paper has direct and practical significance to strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the overall training management level,effectively promote the transformation and development of oilfield,and provide talent service guarantee.
