Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Staff Training In XX Natural Gas Branch

In today’s world,staff training is becoming the decisive force for the long-term development of enterprises,and the scientific and technological competitiveness generated by training has become the core of enterprise competitiveness.The training work of enterprises has risen to a strategic level.All major enterprises in the world have formulated and implemented employee training to build and enhance the core technical capabilities of employees.In the process of training management,enterprises conduct process evaluation in a timely,objective and efficient manner,and find out the problems in training and formulate corresponding countermeasures is the key to ensure the realization of the training strategy goals.Through the research of training content,training method,training management and training support system of XX Natural Gas Branch,this paper aims to provide a systematic,scientific and reasonable research and evaluation system for enterprises.In order to guide XX natural gas branch through training to improve the level of enterprise management.This paper first studies the main theories and training principles of enterprise staff training,and on this basis,establishes the whole idea of enterprise staff training research.Then,according to the training status of XX natural gas branch and the actual requirements of enterprise development,a scientific evaluation system is established.On the basis of comprehensive consideration of training costs and training effectiveness,the paper analyzes the existing problems of the training work of the natural gas branch;finally,according to the advanced training concept,the corresponding countermeasures are made.This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical research,lays down the foundation of theoretical research by widely absorbing the advanced training concept of the world,and makes clear the current situation of enterprise training by conducting detailed training questionnaire survey in XX Natural Gas Branch,in order to achieve the improvement of training effect.In theory,it mainly uses the analysis methods of human resource management and organizational behavior.This paper will also use the field investigation method,character interview method,questionnaire survey method,literature method and other investigation methods,and finally get effective measures to deal with the current training problems.
