Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization Quality And Green Economy Efficiency In Beijing Tianjin Hebei Region

Since the reform and opening up,China's economic and social development,economic construction has made a leap forward development,and the quality of China's urbanization construction has been constantly improving.The 14 th five year plan,as the first goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and realizing the first Centennial goal,takes the opportunity to start a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way In the first five years of marching towards the second Centennial goal,new requirements have been put forward for the construction of urbanization,which puts the construction of a new type of urbanization with people as the core and puts the quality first.At present,China's urbanization construction is in a period of rapid development,the urban infrastructure construction is constantly improving,the ecological environment is constantly improving,the quality of life is constantly improving,and the economic construction is gradually transforming to green.Now,how to realize the coordinated development between the quality development of new urbanization and the promotion of green economy efficiency has become a major topic of today's social development.As far as Beijing Tianjin Hebei is concerned,as an important national urban cluster,the coordinated development between the quality of new urbanization and the efficiency of green economy can not only infer the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei and create a world-class high-quality urban group,but also promote the national economic development and the coordinated development of urbanization and green economy.This paper synthesizes the related works on the coordinated development of urbanization quality and green economy efficiency,takes the theory of green economy development and coordinated development as the theoretical basis,and first analyzes the interaction mechanism between urbanization and green economy,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the later analysis.The new urbanization quality index system is constructed from five aspects of economy,population,society,ecological environment,science and technology,and the green economic efficiency index system is constructed from capital,labor,energy,science and technology,expected output and unexpected output.The comprehensive index of new urbanization quality is calculated by entropy weight method,and the comprehensive index of new urbanization quality is calculated by MATLAB The results show that the overall urbanization quality of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is better,but the development of each city is uneven;the green economy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is better,and the input-output conversion efficiency of green economy is better In recent ten years,the coupling and coordinated development between new urbanization and green economy efficiency in Beijing Tianjin Hebei is good,which is in the Coordinated Development Zone,and gradually from intermediate coordination to high-quality coordination;the coupling and coordinated development between 13 cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei is good,but the internal development is uneven The results show that the coupling and coordinated development of Beijing is the best,which has been greater than 0.9,and is in the high-quality and coordinated development range;the coupling and coordination degree between the new urbanization quality and green economic efficiency of Tianjin,Qinhuangdao,Handan,Langfang and Hengshui is greater than 0.8 and less than 0.9,which is in the good coordinated development stage;the new urbanization quality of Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Zhangjiakou,Chengde and Cangzhou is in the good coordinated development stage In 2018,the coupling coordination degree between the quality of new urbanization and the efficiency of green economy is greater than 0.7 and 0.8,which is in the intermediate coordinated development stage;the coupling coordination degree between the quality of new urbanization and the efficiency of green economy in Baoding city is 0.6834,which is in the primary coordinated development stage.Finally,based on the analysis results,reasonable suggestions are put forward for the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei city.
