With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the urbanization rate of various regions is continuously increasing,and the accelerated development of urbanization will cause waste of resources and increase resource consumption,and produce various pollutants,resulting in excessive use of natural resources and ecological environment The deterioration.Therefore,new urbanization focusing on resource conservation and comfort and livability has been widely accepted and developed.This paper mainly studies the response evolution of the resource and environment carrying capacity in the process of improving the level of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province.This paper refers to the existing research results and firstly constructs a new urbanization index system and a resource and environmental carrying capacity index system.These two systems select a total of 31 indicators,and use the entropy method to assign weights to the 31 indicators,respectively.The average level of new urbanization development and the average level of resource and environmental carrying capacity development of various cities in Jiangxi Province,and corresponding analysis will be made for Jiangxi Province as a whole and each city.Then,according to the response index model,the response indexes of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018 were measured.According to the evolution process of their response indexes,the 11 cities were divided into "positive response","optimized response" and "positive-The three types of "negative response" are finally used to calculate the gray correlation degree between the 31 indicators of each city and their response index through the gray correlation analysis method,and the main influencing factors that affect the evolution of the response relationship are obtained.The results show that:(1)The level of new-type urbanization in Jiangxi Province is unbalanced,and there are certain tiered differences among cities.Among them,Xinyu and Nanchang rank in the top,Ji'an and Ganzhou rank behind,but the average level of new-type urbanization in Jiangxi Province High;(2)From 2009 to 2018,the resource and environmental carrying capacity of various cities in Jiangxi Province was relatively low,and the resource and environmental carrying capacity continued to transition from weak carrying capacity to low carrying capacity.Among them,Fuzhou's resource and environmental carrying capacity ranked first.Nanchang ranked last;(3)The response types of the 11 cities are as follows: the positive response category is only Ji'an,the optimized response category includes Yichun,Shangrao and Ganzhou,and the positive-negative response category includes Nanchang,Jingdezhen,Pingxiang,Jiujiang,Xinyu,Yingtan,Fuzhou.Through the analysis of the response index,the main influencing factors of the response index of each city are obtained.Only the top three influencing factors are listed here.The main influencing factors of the response index of 11 cities are as follows:(1)As a positive response category,the top three influencing factors of Ji'an are natural gas storage capacity per capita of urban population,sulfur dioxide emissions per 10,000 yuan of GDP,and waste gas treatment capacity.(2)The optimized response category includes Yichun,Shangrao and Ganzhou.The most important influencing factors in Yichun are exhaust gas treatment capacity,urban road area per capita,and urban park and green area per capita;Shangrao ranks the top three influencing factors as the proportion of urban employment,the proportion of urban population,and the coverage of urban employees' pension insurance,all of which are new Urbanization indicators;the top three influencing factors of Ganzhou's relevance are industrial wastewater discharge per 10,000 yuan of GDP,energy consumption per unit of GDP,and green space rate in built-up areas.(3)The third category is the positive-negative response category.The positive-negative response category includes the seven cities of Nanchang,Jingdezhen,Pingxiang,Jiujiang,Xinyu,Yingtan,and Fuzhou.Among the influencing factors of Nanchang's response,the top rankings are urban and rural residents' disposable income ratio,industrial wastewater discharge per10,000 yuan of GDP,and energy consumption per unit of GDP;Jingdezhen's top three influencing factors are energy consumption per unit of GDP,green coverage of built-up areas,Green space rate in built-up areas;the main influencing factors in Pingxiang are energy consumption per unit of GDP,sulfur dioxide emissions per10,000 yuan of GDP,and green space rate in built-up areas;the top influencing factors in Jiujiang are the ratio of urban and rural residents' consumption expenditures,sulfur dioxide emissions per 10,000 yuan of GDP,and urban areas.The per capita natural gas storage capacity of the population.The main influencing factors in Xinyu are energy consumption per unit of GDP,industrial wastewater discharge per 10,000 yuan of GDP,and green space rate in built-up areas;the main influencing factors of Yingtan are industrial wastewater discharge per 10,000 yuan of GDP,energy consumption per unit of GDP,and sulfur dioxide emissions per 10,000 yuan of GDP.;The main influencing factors in Fuzhou are the green coverage rate in the built-up area,the green space rate in the built-up area,and the sulfur dioxide emissions per 10,000 yuan of GDP.Finally,the recommendations made to Jiangxi Province and 11 cities are as follows:(1)Jiangxi Province should rationally plan the development of new urbanization in different regions,and comprehensively improve the level of resources and environment based on the concept of sustainable development.(2)Ji'an and Fuzhou should pay attention to the protection of water resources;Yichun should increase the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the coverage of urban employees' pension insurance,enhance the waste gas treatment capacity,and reduce energy consumption per unit of GDP;Shangrao should speed up the construction of new urbanization,For example,invest more in urban population and urban employed population;Ganzhou should improve its sewage treatment capacity and accelerate the pace of new urbanization;Nanchang should increase investment in education and social security,and increase its investment in water resources and groundwater resources.Protection;Jingdezhen should increase the protection of water resources and comprehensively improve the waste disposal capacity;Pingxiang should increase the control of energy consumption;Jiujiang should increase the control of air pollution;Xinyu should increase the environmental governance and Protection of natural resources;Yingtan should strengthen environmental protection investment in water resources and waste gas treatment.
