The 18 th and 19 th National Congresses included the construction of ecological civilization into the "Five-Pronged Overall Plan" for developing Chinese socialism,We must firmly establish the concept of respecting nature, conforming to nature and protecting nature, and adhere to the principle of ecology as the priority and environmental protection priority.Taking green, recycling, and low-carbon development as the approaches,we will firmly grasp key tasks such as achieving green transformation of industries, improving the quality of the ecological environment, and innovating institutional mechanisms.Accelerate the construction of ecological security system, ecological industry system, ecological environment system, ecological livability system, ecological culture system and ecological system.Eco-environment is the basis of human production and life, the fundamental guarantee for human survival and development, and the cornerstone of economic development and social progress.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed after the 18 th National Congress that the construction of an ecological civilization is a great plan for the well-being of the people and the future of the nation. It is an important part of realizing the Chinese dream. With the rapid economic development in the Akesu region, the process of urbanization is accelerating, the contradiction between human and land has become increasingly prominent, environmental issues have become more and more intense, and ecological protection has become essential. With the increase of fossil fuel consumption, the acceleration of industrialization, the improvement of urban living standards and the pollution of industrial parks. The quality of ecological environment has received extensive attention.Residents have paid more attention to ecological protection. The demand for improving the ecological environment in the Akesu region has become increasingly urgent and the protection of cultivated land has become more urgent. Therefore, the study on the ecological security of cultivated land in the Akesu region is extremely urgent. The Akesu region is located on the edge of the Taklamakan Desert and is an important ecological protection zone in the Xinjiang desert. The changes in its ecological environment are related to the development direction of ecological and environmental protection work in Xinjiang and even the country. This study is based on the Akesu region and its eight counties and one city as the research area, based on statistical data of the Akesu region and administrative region vector data.Using the traditional farmland ecological footprint calculation model and the method of cultivated land ecological footprint based on GIS spatial analysis technology.Estimated the ecological footprint of cultivated land, the ecological bearing capacity of cultivated land, the ecological deficit of cultivated land and the ecological pressure index of cultivated land in Akesu region from 2006 to 2015.Therefore,in the study of the arable land ecological security in the Akesu region, the use of the arable land ecological footprint, the arable land ecological carrying capacity, the arable land ecological deficit and the arable land ecological pressure index as the key indicators for evaluating the arable land ecological security in Akesu Prefecture. The main conclusions obtained through this study include the following aspects:(1)Evaluation of cultivated land ecological security in Akesu area based on evaluation of farmland ecological deficit. The overall development trend of the agricultural ecological deficit in the Akesu region is complex and changeable, with a clear upward trend in 2007,2009 and 2014,and a declining trend in other years. This also shows that the development trend of the agricultural ecological deficit in the Akesu region is not obvious. The ecological deficit of cultivated land in the Akesu region is negative. It fluctuates from-1.40 hectares per square kilometer, and the ecological deficit of cultivated land is surplus.(2)Evaluation of ecological security in Akesu region using evaluation index of cultivated land ecological pressure. The overall fluctuation of the arable land ecological pressure index in the Akesu region is small, the arable land ecological pressure index fluctuates around 0.75,and the whole time period is in a relatively safe state.
