Evaluation Of Coupling Coordination Between Water Resources Development And Economic Development In Inner Mongolia

Water resource is the strategic resource of social and economic development,which is of great significance to the progress of human society.In recent years,with the continuous economic growth of Inner Mongolia,the amount of water resources development and utilization is increasing.In addition,the uneven distribution of water source areas,the large spatial-temporal difference of precipitation,the prominent contradiction between supply and demand,the unreasonable water structure,and the low development and utilization efficiency have become the main factors restricting the regional economic development.The water resources evaluation and evaluation management have attracted much attention,and the quantitative evaluation of water resources has become a hot topic As the premise of value evaluation,it is an important link to realize sustainable management and utilization.Based on this,this paper takes Inner Mongolia as the research object,from the perspective of quantitative evaluation of water resources,through the analysis of the current situation of water resources development and utilization and economic development in Inner Mongolia,studies and evaluates the coupling and coordination relationship between the two,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the practice of water resources management and utilization in Inner Mongolia,so as to solve the sustainable development of water resources development and utilization and economy in Inner Mongolia To solve the problem of regional economic development and realize the coordinated development of regional economy.The research contents are as follows.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results at home and abroad,summarizes and comments on the literature related to the coordination of water resources development and utilization and economic development,and analyzes the current situation of water resources development and utilization and economic development in Inner Mongolia from 2010 to2019 based on the relevant theories of sustainable development,resource economics and regional economic development.It can be seen that in recent years,the level of economic development in Inner Mongolia has been steadily improved,the speed of economic growth has slowed down,the economic structure has been continuously optimized,and the degree of development has changed from high speed to high quality.However,the development and utilization of water resources is not optimistic,the endowment conditions of water resources are poor,the per capita water resources are seriously insufficient,and the development and utilization efficiency is low,which is not in harmony with the degree of economic development.Secondly,through the construction of the index system of water resources development and utilization system and economic development system,this paper uses entropy method to measure the comprehensive development evaluation value of the two systems,and uses the gray correlation analysis method to quantitatively analyze the correlation degree between the system and subsystems,and on this basis,deeply studies the coupling coordination of water resources development and utilization and economic development in ancient Inner Mongolia.The results show that,in recent ten years,the development and utilization system of water resources in Inner Mongolia basically lags behind the economic development system,and the industrial structure has a great impact on the development and utilization of water resources.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree are at a low level,which can be roughly divided into two stages: the primary stage and the development stage.2010-2015 is the primary stage,and the coupling degree is higher than the coupling coordination dispatching There is interaction between the regional water resources development and utilization system and the economic development system,but there is a lack of development coordination between the two systems;2016-2019 is the development stage,and the coupling coordination degree is gradually higher than the coupling degree,which indicates that the coordination degree between the development and utilization of water resources and the economic development system in the region is constantly developing,and the benign relationship between the two systems is gradually formed.Finally,based on the analysis and research of the previous article,the paper puts forward countermeasures such as strengthening the unified management of water resources,continuously promoting the optimization and upgrading of economic structure,and improving the efficiency of water resources development and utilization,so as to provide decision-making reference for the coordinated development of water resources development and utilization and economic development in Inner Mongolia.
