Practice teaching in Xinjiang is a strategic decision made by the state to promote basic education in Xinjiang ethnic areas and then promote the common development of all ethnic groups and maintain the harmony and stability of the border areas.On the one hand,it alleviates the shortage of basic education teachers in Xinjiang,on the other hand,it is also an important measure for college normal students to combine theory with practice and improve their education and teaching ability,and is an important part of the practical curriculum in colleges and universities.In recent years,many normal university students in China have gone to the grass-roots schools in ethnic areas of Xinjiang to carry out internship teaching work in Xinjiang.They have achieved remarkable results,but there are also many problems that need to be solved.Among them,how to effectively improve the teaching ability of normal school students is a common concern of all sectors of the community.In view of this,This research takes the mathematics normal university students of the internship teaching in Xinjiang as the research object.It mainly studies the status quo,influencing factors and strategies of mathematics teaching ability of the teachers of the internship support teachers.the purpose is to summarize the xinjiang internship teaching students mathematics teaching ability development experience,to find the influence of related factors,in order to provide reference for improving college students' practice teaching,also xinjiang practice teaching policies for the decision-making department for reference.This study takes 134 mathematics teachers from the three colleges and universities of Northwest Normal University,Tianshui Normal College and Hexi College as the research object.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and classroom observation,this paper studies the current situation of mathematics teaching ability of Xinjiang practice students in three colleges and universities in Gansu Province.The main conclusions of the study are: The main contents are as follows:(1)in the aspect of mathematics teaching design ability,most normal schoolstudents master the theory of teaching design,but in the process of teaching practice,the depth of textbook analysis and curriculum standard interpretation is not enough.The accuracy of the formulation of teaching objectives,the analysis of learning situation and the determination of teaching difficulties are not enough,and the rationality of the choice of teaching methods is insufficient.(2)in the aspect of language communication ability in mathematics classroom,most normal school students can interact with students well and give reasonable responses and feedback to the questions raised by students,but the communication skills of some normal school students need to be improved.(3)in the application ability of mathematics teaching media,most normal school students can skillfully use multimedia equipment to implement teaching,but the quality of the courseware is not high,and the effectiveness of the deep integration of multimedia courseware and mathematics teaching needs to be improved.(4)in the aspect of mathematics classroom organization and management ability,most normal school students can actively mobilize students to participate in teaching activities,but there are still some problems,such as lack of ability to deal with classroom emergencies,effective monitoring of classroom methods and experience and so on.(5)in the aspect of mathematical blackboard writing ability,many normal school students need to improve the rationality of blackboard writing layout,the writing of mathematical symbols and the standardization of drawing.(6)in the aspect of mathematics teaching reflection and evaluation ability,most normal school students can carry out teaching reflection in time,but the effect of teaching reflection is not high due to the influence of different factors.(7)in the aspect of the development ability of mathematics teaching resources,under the influence of practice and teaching environment and their own ability,the vast majority of normal students develop very few teaching resources which are close to the life of Xinjiang students,and the participation of normal students in the development of teaching resources is low.Based on the above investigation conclusions,the research puts forward some strategies to improve the mathematics teaching ability of Xinjiang normal school students:(1)normal school students should set up the conscious consciousness ofmathematics teaching ability.(2)normal school students should perfect their own subject teaching accomplishment through various ways of learning.(3)Colleges and universities should set up practical courses for normal students according to the needs of basic education teaching.(4)practice support schools should allocate normal students' resources scientifically and reasonably according to their practice needs.(5)The instructors of colleges and internship schools should strengthen their effective guidance to teachers.(6)Colleges and internship schools should constantly improve the evaluation system of teachers' internship quality.
