In the new era,the development of the country is inseparable from the support of talents,and the education of talents is the top priority in talent cultivation.The teaching practice of normal university students is an important teaching practice to cultivate normal university students,and the post practice mode shows its great vitality in practice.Through the early investigation and interview,we found that the teaching skills of the internship normal students are very few.In the literature review,we found that there are relevant studies show that in the analysis of the influencing factors of the development of post practice normal students,listening to the instructor's class is the main way for normal students to improve their teaching skills,and its degree of recognition and frequency of use are far higher than other forms of professional development.Therefore,we can infer that the lack of teaching skills learned by normal students is related to the poor effect of listening to teachers.And we can find that at present,people's research on this aspect is few and not deep enough,which shows that people have not formed a deep understanding of this problem.Therefore,it is important to reveal the current situation of students' on-the-spot lectures and find out the existing problems for improving the teaching skills of normal students and realizing their own growth.Based on this,this study will use the method of logistic regression model to make a quantitative analysis of the factors that affect the normal students' teaching skills learning,so as to provide an appropriate and feasible reference scheme for the future teaching of mathematics normal students.This paper mainly uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,logistic regression analysis method to study the problem.The first step is to consult a large number of literature and summarize the related problems of internship.In the related research,according to the definition and characteristics of post practice,the significance of post practice,the problems existing in post practice,the improvement suggestions of post practice,and the related empirical research are summarized;the second step is to synthesize the current scholars' views on classroom observation in the theoretical basis,and find the most widely accepted views in recent years: first,the preparation before class,second,the behavior at the scene of class,third,the reflection and summary after class,fourth,the way of class.Therefore,this paper develops a questionnaire based on this;the third step is to send the questionnaire to the 2016 mathematics normal students who have participated in the internship in five normal universities in the province,and ask them to complete the questionnaire;the fourth step is to score the questionnaire according to the five level scoring method,get the scoring table and calculate the average score.The fifth step is to make a preliminary analysis of the survey results and get a preliminary conclusion;the sixth step is to ask the instructor to score the teaching skills acquired by the normal mathematics students during their internship and get a scoring table.In the seventh step,the questionnaire results combined with the basic data of teachers' scoring on their teaching skills are imported into SPSS22.0 software,and the logistic regression method is used to calculate,so as to find out the classroom observation factors of mathematics normal students' low score on teaching skills;the eighth step is to analyze the results obtained by logistic regression method,and answer the previous research questions,and finally put forward the countermeasures to effectively improve the classroom observation of mathematics normal students during their internship.The conclusions of this study are as follows: there are nine main factors for normal students' less acquisition of teaching skills in class,including normal students in the basic situation do not participate in the training,and the training harvest is small;the pre-set level of class in the pre class preparation is low;the attention to knowledge review,question asking methods,and correcting students' errors is low;the communication and review with teachers after class The degree of class record and teaching evaluation is low.All of the above are the reasons for the low acquisition of teaching skills.Based on the above analysis,to improve the level of classroom observation of mathematics normal students can be carried out from the following aspects: first,mathematics normal students should participate in more training related to class evaluation;second,enrich the types of classroom observation of mathematics normal students;third,enrich the forms of classroom observation of Mathematics normal students;fourth,preset how to teach before classroom observation;fifth,in the classroom observation in the process of observation,we should pay attention to the knowledge review link,the way of teachers' questions and the correction of students' errors;sixth,we should pay attention to the communication with the teachers,timely review the classroom observation records,and pay attention to the teaching evaluation after the classroom observation.
