For Xinjiang region,carrying out the Teaching-Assistance work of normal students vigorously is a major incentive to develop the primary and secondary education of Xinjiang region.The purpose of this study is through the comparative study of teaching efficacy of present Xinjiang physical normal students before and after teaching practice,to find out what problems exist in the pre-service training of normal students in Xinjiang,and what problems exist in the implementation of the Teaching-Assistance Work,and to put forward some operability suggestions to improve the training quality of normal students for these problems.On the basis of analyzing the research of teaching efficacy at home and abroad,the researcher designs "the questionnaire on teaching efficacy before(after)the practice of physical normal students",and applys the self-made questionnaires to survey the physical normal students of five colleges and universities in Xinjiang region.This study uses SPSS17.0 to analyze the collected questionnaires from the following three aspects,and analyze the results of the data analysis based on the results of the interview survey.First,the overall analysis and comparison of the teaching efficacy of Xinjiang physical normal students before and after practice;Next,compare and analyze the influential factors of teaching efficacy before and after the practice of physical education students in Xinjiang;Last,compare and analyze the basic competence,control and environmental sense of Xinjiang physical normal students under the three types of physics teaching,such as concept and law teaching,experiment teaching and exercise teaching.Research findings: 1.The overall level of teaching efficacy of Xinjiang physical normal students decreased slightly after practice;2.The main factors that influence the teaching efficacy before and after the practice of physical normal students are gender factor,national factor,academic achievement and professional attitude;3.Compared with the physical teaching efficacy of three types of physics teaching,the basic sense of efficacy at the lowest level,the exercise teaching efficacy is at the highest level before and after practice,and the variation rate of the concept and law teaching efficacy is the biggest before and after practice.4.In the three types of physics teaching,the teaching efficacy of physical normal students is different in three dimensions,such as basic competence sense,control sense and environmental sense.In response to the above findings,the researcher in order to improve the teaching efficacy of physical normal students after Teaching-Assistance,and to enhance the effectiveness of current Teaching-Assistance in Xinjiang region,put forward five suggestions:(i)reform the curriculum of specialized courses,to highlight the core quality education of physics teachers;(ii)improve the operating mode of Teaching-Assistance,to drive precision practice teaching;(iii)strengthen thepreparation of teaching knowledge and skills of physical normal students,to improve the teaching ability of physical normal students;(iv)Strengthen knowledge learning in physical classroom management,train Xinjiang normal students in classroom control skills;(v)deepen the understanding of the life and present situation of Teaching-Assistance,and strengthen the learning of the national general language of the minority physics normal students.
