Society is more and more focusing on teaching's quality for quality education. Teaching education is mostly position where bring up future teacher and is focused too in higher university. The reform for teaching education is developing. Student in higher normal university is mathematical teachers in middle school. The period of mathematical teaching education in higher normal university is their first phase of professional life. But the thing which teaching ability of student in higher normal university is not satisfaction has long. Aiming at it, the text study class teaching ability development of student in higher normal university. Though analyzing date from teaching experiment, questionnaire investigation, grade and investigating background of student's family we get result: the development of the development of mathematical class teaching ability of student in higher normal university has positive relation with motivation, mathematic grade and three ideas which are opinions about mathematic teaching, learning of mathematic teaching and resultant of mathematic teaching. Sex and motivation have salience influence with the development of mathematical class teaching ability of student in higher normal university. Mathematic grade has evidence influence. But background of family hasn't influence. In addition, though teaching experiment and tracking to some cases, we know that learning for mathematics teaching is same with learning for commonly knowledge. It must come through a process of building cognizes structure, developing and perfecting through practice and reflect. The development of mathematical class teaching ability of student in higher normal university has these characteristics which are that control is from by other people to by oneself, from part e to whole and sensitivity is gradually enhance and transfer is gradually improve. According at studying result and teaching experience, the text put forward some suggestion. First, strengthen the tache of teaching practice when teach mathematics theory in middle school. Secondly, set up course of mathematics education comparing and widen student's field of vision. Third, improve on and perfect tiny teaching. Advance effect of training of teaching skill. Fourthly, build date bank of mathematics to offer help for student mathematics department in normal university. Fifthly, alter structure and prolong time of mathematics practice. Sixth, create chance of appear in public to offer developing opportunity. Seventh, enhance contract from higher normal university to middle school.
