Simulated teaching is the only way for normal students to enter the real education environment.The simulated teaching can reflect the basic skills and professional qualities of normal students.As a form of teaching and research activities,Simulated teaching can not only help novice teachers improve their professional skills,but also provide an objective and fair evaluation for those teachers and it can be helpful to achieve professional development of teachers effectively.This article takes mathematics professional undergraduates and masters of education as research objects,and conducts research from specific aspects of action in order to analyze strategies for improving mathematics normal students' ability to simulate classes.The study was conducted in the databases of literature,questionnaires,and case studies.Based on the understanding of the origin and development of simulated teaching,theories on simulated teaching were organized and summarized and the differences between simulated teaching and ordinary lectures were analyzed and the functional differences between lectures and classes were distinguished by reading a large number of documents of the existing theoretical researches.Questionnaires were used to collect the information of mathematics normal students'understanding of simulated teaching and some current problems of simulated teaching ability of mathematics normal students.With regard of how to improve the simulated teaching ability of normal students,researchers have conducted two rounds of action research.The first round of action research was conducted for undergraduate students majoring in mathematics(normal)and interviewed undergraduates who participated in the examination for teacher qualifications,through which they realized the problems they have in simulating teaching and learn about strategies for improving simulated mathematics teaching abilities:(1)Improve familiarity and understanding of teaching content;(2)Strengthen the training and practice of basic skills in teaching.Then,combined with individual case study,the candidate who failed the interview was traced to be observed the changes in the ability of simulated teaching,and to be tested whether the basic strategies to improve the ability of simulated teaching of normal students are effective with the combination with the basic strategies proposed before,The second round of action research takes the master of education in mathematics teaching as the research object,and follows traces of the training of two players who participated in the second national full-time education master's degree on professional skills in math teaching competition.Through the analysis of competition requirements and rating rules with analyse and arrangement the high school mathematics content,the promotion strategies are formulated the two players in real situation:(1)to promote the selection and application of teaching methods for mathematical normal students;(2)to improve design and innovation of the teaching process;(3)Improve the tone of the lectures,full of rhythm and infection.
