In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the educational internships of normal students.Various local government administrative departments and institutions that hold teacher education respond to the government's call to actively promote the development of the internship process of normal students.In the process of educational internship,the classroom teaching ability of normal students is improved.This study will study the classroom teaching design ability of one aspect of classroom teaching ability.Teaching design ability is the ability of teachers to organize and optimize classroom design.It is the ability of teachers to arrange teaching.The development of teaching design ability has important significance for the professional development of normal students.The influence of educational internship on the development of physics teacher's classroom teaching design ability is the subject of this paper.This study takes the physics teacher's classroom teaching design ability as the foothold,and takes the physics major of S Normal University as the research object.Through questionnaire survey,it analyzes the classroom teaching design ability of physics teachers before and after the educational internship.The survey tools used in this study are: physics teacher's classroom teaching design ability scale and teaching design ability verification standard.The scale consists of 50 questions in six dimensions.The internal consistency coefficient of each dimension of the questionnaire is between 0.7 and 1.0,indicating that the internal consistency of the questionnaire is good.This study attempts to solve the following problems through research:(1)The overall status of the physics teacher's classroom teaching design abilitybefore and after the educational internship.(2)Before and after the educational internship,what is the impact of the research education internship on the classroom teaching design ability,and what aspects of the classroom teaching design ability? What are the specific problems?(3)The influence of different genders and professional attitudes on the ability of physics classroom teaching design? Factors that affect the ability of classroom instructional design.(4)What are the effective improvement measures for this situation?The main conclusions of this study are:On the whole,before the educational internship,S Normal University's physics major teachers' classroom teaching design ability scored 0.53,and the score after education internship was 0.54.Through research,it can be found that after the educational internship,the classroom teaching design ability of normal students is improved.Gender has no influence on classroom teaching design ability,and professional attitude has a great influence on classroom teaching design ability.Teachers who like physics majors have obvious differences in classroom teaching design ability and various dimensions and teachers who do not like physics.The biggest influence of the internship on the ability of classroom teaching design is the intern's own factors.In order to improve the teaching design ability of physics teachers,the following suggestions are proposed:In the aspect of analyzing teaching tasks,normal students should have an understanding of the knowledge system of physics before internship,grasp the teaching objectives of educational standards,clarify the difficulty of teaching,formulate and modify teaching plans,and analyze student achievement,homework and classroom.In terms of performance,and assisting teaching according to specific situations;when designing teaching objectives,focusing on the cultivation of core literacy of students' physics disciplines,and trying to correctly express teaching objectives;when selecting teaching strategies,setting reasonable teaching modes,classroom design is flexible,Strive to cultivate students' multifaceted ability;and select appropriate teaching media according to the actual situation;estimate the student's reaction before class,take appropriate treatment measures,prepare in various aspects,adjust according to the specific situation of the class,in class After reflection,I will modify or improve my teaching design to provide ideas for future teaching design.The physicist should also develop his interest in the subject of physics.
