In the current new era,the development of the country is inseparable from talents,so the cultivation of talents is very important for the development of our country.Education is an important part of talent cultivation,and teachers are important guides in education and teaching,so the cultivation of teachers is very important.Normal students are the reserve power of teachers.The cultivation of normal students is helpful to the growth of new teachers,especially mathematics teachers.As a kind of educational practice,teaching post practice is also an important way of training normal students.It is more and more favored by the majority of normal universities,but there is a problem that normal students learn little teaching skills in the post practice.Reviewing the existing research,the research on teaching internship mainly includes the significance,problems,models and suggestions for improvement,of which the significance and existing problems are the focus of most researchers.However,there is less research on the teaching skills learned by interns,and less research on the influence of tutors on interns in post practice.It is only theoretical research,and the research methods are mostly theoretical speculation.There is no empirical research,and there is no data to support its point of view.The implementation effect is unknown,and the overall persuasion of the article is poor.Based on this,this paper will use the questionnaire survey and logistic regression analysis method to conduct quantitative research on the guidance of teachers in teaching internship,so as to provide appropriate and feasible reference scheme for improving the teaching skills of internships.This paper mainly uses literature,questionnaire survey,logistic regression analysis to study the problem.First of all,a large number of literatures are consulted to summarize the related problems of post practice.In the related research,according to the significance of post practice,the problems existing in post practice,the mode of post practice,the suggestions of post practice,and the relationship between post practice and non-educational concepts are summarized.The second step,according to the relevant literature and the previous interview survey,the guidance of instructors is divided into guidance methods and teaching skills,and the questionnaire is made.The third step is to send the questionnaire to the tutors of the post practice mathematics normal students and ask them to complete it.The fourth step is to make a preliminary analysis of the survey results and get a preliminary conclusion.The fifth step is to score the questionnaire according to the five-level scoring method to get the scoring table.The sixth step is to ask the instructor to score the intern's practice and get the score form.The seventh step is to combine the score table and the evaluation table into SPSS,and use the logistic regression analysis method to calculate,and get the main factors that affect the interns to learn less teaching skills in the internship.The eighth step,based on the conclusion,combined with the actual teaching guidance,puts forward the effective ways to cultivate the teaching skills of post practice mathematics normal students.The conclusions of this study are as follows: there are seven influencing factors in the way and content of mathematics teaching skills guidance,which have great influence on the learning of interns' teaching skills.The practice method in the guidance method,the choice of teaching tools in teaching skills,the use of teaching media skills,the skills of summing up the end of the course,correcting homework skills,after class counseling skills and teaching research skills.These factors have great influence on the low level of interns' overall teaching.Based on the above analysis,the guidance of teachers for post practice mathematics normal students can be improved from the following aspects: first,teachers should comprehensively guide teaching skills;second,strengthen the use of mathematical practice method;third,strengthen the guidance of choosing mathematical teaching tools and using mathematical teaching media;fourth,strengthen the guidance of concluding mathematics curriculum Five,strengthen the guidance of correcting mathematics homework skills and after-school counseling skills;sixth,strengthen the guidance of mathematics teaching and research skills;seventh,give the guidance case of mathematics normal students in the internship.
