Innovation is always an important force for the development of a country and a nation.The 2011 edition of the curriculum standard points out that students' innovative consciousness should be cultivated in the process of mathematics teaching and learning.One of the important ways to improve the consciousness of innovation is to cultivate the ability to raise questions,which is the first thing teachers should have as a classroom teacher.At present,the research on this aspect a lot,the problem is put forward from the previous theoretical research began to walk into the classroom,the scholars based on the demand of math problems to students' ability,and put forward a lot of evaluation standards and to develop strategies,as currently envisaged,however,some questions of practice in the majority with students as the research object of research,few scholars choose students this special group study on practice as the research object.Therefore,this study took this as a starting point,and applied KWLE teaching model in a normal college of a provincial key university in henan province to cultivate the ability of normal university students to raise questions.It provides the possibility for the application of KWLE teaching model,improves the relevant theories,and makes a demonstration for the first-line teachers to train students.In this study,the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey and experiment were used to select two students from parallel classes of mathematics teachers major in junior year of a normal university as the research objects.Through teaching practice,this paper discusses the cultivation of mathematics normal university students' ability to raise questions.The main findings are as follows:(1)Normal university students have a low level of ability to ask questionsNormal university students have a certain awareness of problems,but their awareness is weak and they lack initiative and the methods and skills to raise problems.Moreover,the questions raised by normal university students are not flexible enough,so they cannot think deeply about the given situation and lack divergent thinking.In addition,some normal university students have poor expressive ability and the complexity of the questions is low.(2)The KWLE model is conducive to improving the ability of normal university students to raise questionsThe application of KWLE teaching model in mathematics classroom deepens students' understanding of knowledge and improves their ability to raise questions.Therefore,the application of KWLE model in mathematics teaching is conducive to improving the ability of normal university students to raise questions.However,the KWLE teaching model has high requirements on teachers' teaching ability and students' prior knowledge,and it is difficult to complete teaching tasks in limited time.(3)The application of KWLE teaching model in classroom teaching has achieved good practical resultsThrough the analysis of the experimental results,it was found that the ability of the experimental class to raise questions in the post-test was significantly higher than that of the control class,indicating that the practice of KWLE teaching model had achieved good results.
