With the rapid growth of China's economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization, the travel demand of residents has become more diversified, and the number of private car ownership and the number of motor vehicle drivers has been increasing. It has result to a serious traffic congestion and environmental pollution problems. As a new way of travel, shared car travel mode can effectively alleviate the two major problems of traffic jams and air pollution.Promoting shared cars can help reduce the number of private cars, improve vehicle usage, ease the contradiction between supply and demand, reduce residents and travel costs. In the research of shared car travel mode, most of the researches have focused on the research and empirical analysis of the residents' willingness to use the shared car, mainly from the travel characteristics, economic and social characteristics, psychological influence factors and family characteristics of the travel residents. In terms of internal influence factors,we explore the impact of the choice of travel modes for residents in a shared car environment. Therefore, based on the analysis of the characteristics of shared cars, this paper studies the evolution process of residents' choice of travel modes under the influence of external influence factors such as government departments' participation in supervision and sharing of automobile service providers based on the evolutionary game theory.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of different modes of travel in the transportation system and the influencing factors of residents' travel mode selection behaviors, the influencing factors of travel mode choice behavior in the shared automobile environment, and deeply analyzes the participation of government departments in supervision and sharing. The two major external influence factors of the scale of the operation of the automobile service provider affect the residents' choice of the way of travel.Secondly, based on the evolutionary game theory, the paper considers whether the government participates in the regulation and formulation of policies, and analyzes the evolution process of residents choosing to share a car or a private car.According to the choice of residents' travel modes, consider the loss of service quality caused by the increase in the number of residents who choose to share car travel, and build a shared game model of shared cars and private cars that incorporates government factors.By analyzing the equilibrium point of the model replication dynamic equation and its steady state, three evolutionary stability strategies are finally obtained. Then,by analyzing the change of parameters, the change of the stability result of the replication dynamic equation is analyzed. Finally, the strategy of making the traffic environment benign is obtained through the analysis of the example. Finally, the paper considers the impact of the scale of the operation of shared car service providers on the choice behavior of residents' travel modes. The scale of operations directly determines the cost of service provider management and operation, affects the vehicle configuration and scheduling strategy of the shared car service providers, and the choice of travel modes of residents changes due to changes in the scale of operation of shared car service providers. Therefore, the evolutionary game model of shared car service providers and residents is constructed to explore the impact of the size of the shared car service providers on the choice of residents' travel modes.Through the simulation data to test the applicability of the game model, analyze the cost and benefit of the growth of the shared car service provider when using large-scale operation, and the impact of the change of different parameters such as the time value of the loss of residents when using small-scale operation on the evolution result. The research of the thesis provides the government and shared car service providers with corresponding policies and strategies, and provides theoretical support for the good development of shared car travel modes.
