With the accelerating process of world economic integration and the increasing frequency of business activities,business tourism is gradually becoming popular all over the world.In the business tourism market,the demand of large-scale enterprises,especially the central enterprises,is increasing day by day.For them,the traditional business tourism procurement is very scattered,with little integration,and the subordinate units of the enterprises do their own thing,with different standards and lack of unified management.With the rise of shared service mode in recent years,new ideas have been brought to business travel management.This paper started with the sharing service mode,explored how to integrate the existing resources of the central enterprises,and standardize the enterprise management by developing and using the business travel service management platform.This paper studied three modes of business travel management in central enerprises,analyzed their advantages and disadvantages,and concluded that from the perspective of enterprise management,the self-built platform has more advantages and can be controlled more comprehensively.As a large-scale central enterprise,S Corporation adopts the self-built platform management mode,and this paper took this enterprise as the entry point for in-depth research.The self-built platform of S corporation is still in the development stage and has not been put into operation formally.According to the construction idea of the platform,users can be divided into service users and management users.In this paper,two types of users were investigated and studied by means of questionnaire survey and user interview,and their needs were analyzed.For service users,this paper,by means of literature research and user interview,sorted out their needs of platform functions,and listed 15 points in 3 categories.Then,the Kano model theory was used to make and issue the questionnaire,and the users were asked to choose their attitudes towards each point from the pros and cons.After the questionnaire was recovered,the analysis of each point was carried out.After obtaining the demand level of each point,the Kano model traditional analysis method and the Better-worse coefficient calculation method were respectively used to analyze the priority level of platform development and put forward development suggestions.For management users,this paper selected leaders with such management authority to conduct face-to-face interviews,found out their problems in management,listed the functions that need to be included in the platform,and then proposed corresponding development strategies based on empirical analysis.Through the above analysis,the following strategies are proposed for improving the quality of S corporation management:first of all,the shared service concept should be adopted to help the enterprise management and improve the standard level;In the process of operation,perfect management system and clear division of responsibilities are the basis;During the development of function,we should always focus on the user's needs and accelerate the construction of the platform.The exploration of value-added services should be implemented by means of technology.The in-depth study of S corporation provides a reference for improving the quality of business travel management of central enterprises.For the central enterprises,the self-built business travel platform is undoubtedly the most effective management means,but the cost is high and the investment is large,enterprises can choose the appropriate mode according to their actual situation.For enterprises that choose to build their own business travel platform,the application of shared service model is very necessary and effective.In the next stage,the mature self-built system of central enterprises' business travel can be promoted to the market as a product to win profits for enterprises,which requires more attention to the needs of users in the process of platform development to enrich the functions of the platform.In addition,the application of information technology can also improve the competitiveness of the platform.
