In the 21 st century, as economic globalization intensified, regional groups and multinational corporations continue to emerge, they will extend their business to the world, types of business operations also showed a trend of diversification, as well as branches of amplification types of business to the extensive involvement of these large multinational regional enterprises has brought a lot of trouble in management. Financial Shared Services(Financial Shared Service, referred FSS) will help to solve the problem forlarge-scale enterprises, especially multinational and trans-regional companies in financial management. For nearly a decade, China’s economic environment showing a thriving trend, a large number of medium-sized domestic enterprises gradually emerge on the world economic stage. Like the large foreign companies, the development ofChinese companies also encountered a lot of growth potential trouble, Chinese companies began to realize the importance of financial shared services, they begin to introduce and implement. Sichuan Changhong, a reason of why such a large multinational great success, practical applications contributed to financial shared services. Therefore, according to the domestic Sichuan Changhong success stories, through analysis of performance gains focus, intended to provide some support for subsequent practice and data businesses, explore financial shared service road of development suited to China’s national conditions.The paper consists of five parts:The first part is Introduction. It describes the background and significance of the paper, research content and research methods, current research and possible innovation.The second part introduced the basic concepts and features, as well as basic theory, including the scale of economic theory, the theory of business process reengineering and ERP theory, it is these basic theory for the formation of financial shared services do theoretical support.The third part is mainly about Chinese enterprises’ Financial Shared Services Development analysis. Describes the formation and development of China’s financial shared services mode,analyze the type location of Financial Shared Service in Chinese enterprises.The fourth part is the Financial Shared Services Case of Sichuan Changhong analysis. Including the introduction of financial shared services center of Sichuan Changhong basic situation and development process, to understand the implementation of financial shared background, analysis of Sichuan Changhong’s financial shared service modeand summarized the risks that Sichuan Changhong may face in the implementation of financial shared services.The last part is conclusion and outlook. Put forward the inspiration as well as recommendations on how to avoid risks. Finally, look forward the development of the domestic financial shared services to the future.By connect theoretical study with practice case, concrete analysis five components of Sichuan Changhong financial shared services mode, in-depth analysis of the necessity of establishing financial shared mode with it`s benefits and risk management approach,which aimed at seek for an effective way by generalize the the fragmented experience of the implementation stepsand implementation strategy, and it is hoped to make financial shared services no longer limited to the study of a stand-alone module, but can be really made use of and become the creation of the new management modewhich is valuable for other companies.
