Research On Optimization Of Business Travel Service Of LT Company

Under Chinese anti-corruption background,this paper attempts to explore the existed domestic large central enterprises business management mode,enterprise strategic direction based on the use of specialized division of labor theory and sharing service theory analysis,and the LT group as an example,hope that through the study and put forward constructive solutions and analysis of business strategy for LT group.The existing research has certain achievements in the optimization of business management and improve the risk control,but from the perspective of the enterprise itself,between the parent company and subsidiaries resource sharing behavior and service mode is very scarce.In this paper,the LT group is selected as the case to analyze and demonstrate the optimization of business management at different levels.Therefore,the core issue of this paper is:what are the problems of business travel?How does LT group achieve specific needs of different levels?How do they interact with each other at different levels?Can the group really optimize internal resources' allocation?The author finds that:(1)Business travel management can be controlled by information technology and monitoring mechanism.(2)For the large and state-owned enterprises,the best way to optimize business travel management is to establish the shared service mode and use professional internal operating team,in order to alleviate dilemma in travel management,expand varieties and quantities of travel resources.This solution can effectively meet different business needs,integrate with external quality resources,and make the enterprise's resource optimization more efficiently.
