With the rapid development of China’s economy, the internationalization of the group is also more and more high, the competitiveness of the large group of companies to enhance the need to rely on its comprehensive operational efficiency. Financial Sharing Service Center of the existence of the company, to meet the requirements of the group company to optimize operational efficiency, significantly reduce the cost of operation, and can effectively improve the level of financial decision-making, financial risk management, strict control, and encourage enterprises to actively develop the core business.Based on theoretical analysis and case analysis, this paper analyzes the exploration process of financial sharing mode, and studies how to select the best practices, and to provide reference and guidance for the follow-up of financial services.The author believes that the completion of efficient, integrated, standardized financial services center, the Financial Shared Service Center from a single service function center gradually to the service and management and control center, service and value of the transition, can effectively promote the reduction of efficiency, standardize management, raise the company’s value, and promote the company’s strategic development. However, due to the current implementation of Financial Shared Services in the domestic group is not too much, the application time is also relatively short, the application of the multi function integrated model has not yet been fully demonstrated, the future of the application of the model, the problems still need to be further summarized, and in the practice of continuous innovation development and optimization.
