Research On The Operation Mode Of C Company's Financial Shared Service

With the advancement of economic globalization,large enterprise groups begin to implement the expansion policy,and establish branches on a global scale.This decentralized management mode plays an important role in the early stages of enterprise expansion,but with the increasing branches and accounting cost of the enterprise,it reduces the efficiency of business processing.The emergence of Financial Shared Service Centers helps enterprises solve these problems.The establishment of a Financial Shared Service Center can help enterprises free from the cumbersome daily affairs,enhance the ability of financial management,improve the quality of financial information and the efficiency of business processes.This paper draws forth the concept of Financial Shared Service by summarizing literature and put forward the relevant theoretical basis.Through comparing the construction status of Financial Shared Service Center at home and abroad,the researcher finds out that the Financial Shared Service abroad is more mature,and they choose to apply the advanced market mode or independent business mode more often.Financial Shared Service at home starts late and most of them is in the initial stage of development,while the other of them that is more mature begins to explore new development direction,and C company is one of them.This research uses the case study methodology,analysing andevaluating the operation mode of C company's Financial Shared Service Center from the strategic positioning,business processes,information systems and other aspects,and finds out that the business process lacks competition and performance evaluation incentives are not enough.The author puts forward the countermeasures for the shortcomings and try to analyse if C company's Financial Shared Service Center using the independent business mode is feasible from the advantages,risks and external environment of this three aspects,which aims to provide reference for the optimization and development of other Financial Shared Service Centers in China.
