Under the background of economic globalization,with the rapid development of economy,market competition is becoming more and more intense.On the one hand,enterprises need to reduce production costs,improve the quality of service and other objectives more and more urgent;on the other hand,the financial management involved in enterprises is more complex.Therefore,the Financial Shared Service Center came into being.In China,Sichuan Changhong,ZTE and other enterprises have constructed Financial Sharing Service center.However,the theory of performance evaluation in the application of Financial Sharing Service Center and the design of performance evaluation system need to be further explored.In this paper,literature research and case analysis methods,combined with the H company's financial sharing service center field research,from theory to practice,the Financial Sharing Service Center of the company's performance evaluation.Firstly,the article system summarizes the relevant concepts and lays the foundation for the following performance evaluation system of the H company financial shared service center;secondly,it introduces the general situation of H company's Financial Sharing Service Center and the status quo of performance evaluation,and analyzes the introduction of balanced scoring.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of H company's Financial Sharing Service center,this paper draws a strategic map by analyzing the construction principles and processes,then constructs the performance evaluation index system based on the Balanced Scorecard and determines the weight of each index;finally,the performance evaluation system is applied to the financial sharing service.In the heart and put forward safeguards,the main contents of the article were summarized,and the research conclusions and limitations of the article were drawn.Financial Sharing Service Center is a standardized process,each business link,with the role of connecting the preceding and the following.When establishing the performance evaluation system of Financial Sharing Service center,from a strategic point of view,the design of performance evaluation indicators can take into account the efficiency of business processing and staff management,thus encouraging employees,and constantly.Improve performance,so that the financial sharing service center can play its due role.
