While sharing economy brings convenience to our life,it also affects the operation mode of enterprises.Facing the "big enterprise disease" such as overstaffed organization and information island,the group began to shift from the competition of marketing means and talent technology to the competition of management mode.As an important part of enterprise management,financial management is undoubtedly the key to surpass enterprises.Enterprises begin to explore new financial management mode to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Therefore,financial sharing service center emerged as the times require.In recent years,China's group enterprises have been engaged in the construction of financial sharing,but most of the financial sharing service centers lack of scientific and complete performance evaluation system.As a leading enterprise in dairy industry,Mengniu Group is not the first enterprise to establish financial sharing service center in China,but its implementation effect of Financial Sharing Service Center is relatively successful in the industry.Therefore,this paper takes Mengniu Group Financial Sharing Service Center as the research object,introduces the basic situation of Mengniu Group Financial Sharing Service Center,and after analysing its current performance evaluation system,selects 13 key performance indicators such as fluctuantion ratio of transaction cost,the business error rate,customer satisfaction,and the completion rate of employee training from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.Using analytic hierarchy process to give index weight,this paper reconstructs a scientific performance evaluation system,solves the problem of lacking index weight in the original performance evaluation system.Then,the reconstructed performance evaluation system is applied to Mengniu Group Financial Sharing Service Center,and it is found that the operation cost and communication need to be optimized.Finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of the performance evaluation system of Mengniu Group's Financial Sharing Service Center,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects of system,culture and information system,such as improving the assessment system,cultivating enterprise performance culture and improving the performance management information system,hoping to provide reference for other group enterprises that are building the Financial Sharing Service Center.
