With the continuous development of the social economy,the scale of our country's corporate groups is increasing,prompting them to set up branches throughout the country.However,with the gradual increase of corporate branches,financial management also has new features across regions and industries.The previously used financial management model can no longer meet the actual needs of the current corporate group financial management,and financial transformation has become an inevitable trend.The Financial Shared Service Center emerged under this background.It used the theory of BPR to concentrate the financial services that are highly repetitive and easy to standardize in different areas in the shared center,and to deal with them in a centralized manner.A business management unit that aims to reduce the company's operating costs,increase operating efficiency,and promote the financial transformation of the group companies.The construction of the financial sharing service center does not happen overnight,and it needs a continuous development and optimization process.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of the development status of each stage,so that we can clearly understand the problems in which links,and then they can be targeted to optimize and improve their business processes,organizational structure and information The system,such as more complete and better adaptation and service to the development of the group.The financial sharing service center is constantly developing in such a process of evaluation and optimization.This article takes P Group as an example and evaluates the implementation status of its financial sharing service center by constructing an effect evaluation model,aiming to provide theoretical support and factual basis for its continuous optimization.This article first uses the literature research method,studies more than fifty relevant literature materials,elaborates the related basic theory in detail,and lays a good foundation for the writing of the article.Secondly,using the model research method,based on the balanced scorecard theory,the four dimensions of its financial,customer,internal processes,and learning and development are regarded as the first-level evaluation indicators for effect evaluation,and are further subdivided into 12 two.Level evaluation indicator.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the basic model of ASM-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established.Finally,using the case study method,this model was applied to the P Group to evaluate the effectiveness of its financial sharing service center,and based on the evaluation results from the four aspects of the Balanced Scorecard,the P-group financial sharing service center was optimized.Put forward suggestions for improvement so as to better serve the development and growth of P Group.
