With the advent of economic globalization,in the context of the development of big data and the Internet,the old financial management model of enterprises has been out of touch with their own development,and financial sharing services have become a new type of financial management mode.The company favors this model,which centralizes the standardized financial business process and distributes it to the Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)for unified processing and resolution.Its business processing efficiency and customer satisfaction are high.Therefore,the financial sharing service center occupies a certain position in the organizational structure of the enterprise.If you want to make this new financial management model better,and let the financial shared service center play its fullest effect,you need a set of effective and effective performance evaluation index system to guide.Because the financial shared service center is an important part of the enterprise development strategy,performance evaluation is an important control measure to ensure the realization of the company's strategic goals.Therefore,it is very important to construct a suitable evaluation index system.The balanced scorecard is subject to the scope of strategic management.The decomposability of the strategic objectives of the enterprise is the precondition for its application,which has certain fit with the characteristics of the financial shared service center.Therefore,once the enterprise introduces the financial sharing service model and establishes the financial sharing service center,it often chooses the common performance evaluation method of the balanced scorecard,and builds a performance evaluation index system that meets its own requirements,from the financial and non-financial perspectives.Orientation evaluation,to better protect the strategic goals of the financial shared service center.Based on the theory of financial shared services,this paper deeply analyzes the theoretical basis and methods of performance evaluation of financial shared service centers.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of A group financial shared service center performance evaluation,and puts forward the construction idea of A group financial shared service center performance evaluation system.From the balanced scorecard to the suitability of the Group A Financial Shared Service Center,the construction principles and procedures of the indicator system were introduced,and the construction process of the indicator system was mainly studied.First,the initial construction of performance evaluation indicators,from the internal process,customer,learning and growth,financial aspects of the selection of performance evaluation indicators,using the Delphi method for screening,to build a performance evaluation index system.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight distribution table is calculated,and the fuzzy performance comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the performance of the Group A financial shared service center.The results are analyzed and the countermeasures for improving the performance of the financial sharing service center are also proposed.The corresponding safeguards were emphasized.
