In the contemporary era of rapid economic development,financial sharing service platform is becoming an opportunity for large enterprises to reduce costs.While some domestic enterprises choose to go to the international market,the financial processing problems in many places may become a stumbling block to the development of enterprises.At present,enterprises in the form of financial Shared service center are still in the exploratory stage in our country.Under the promotion of relevant policies in our country,they are developing rapidly.However,most researches on financial Shared service center focus on qualitative analysis and research.The construction of a perfect Shared center performance evaluation system is conducive to the timely discovery and solution of problems.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a performance evaluation system based on the financial Shared central perspective.In this paper,the research on the financial Shared service center of the target company X adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,field investigation,case investigation and literature research,etc.to study the establishment of the financial Shared service center's performance evaluation model step by step from the theoretical basis to the practical level.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research background and significance,and analyzes the relevant concepts and basic theories after synthesizing the literature of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the operation overview of the company's financial sharing center and the status quo of performance evaluation,the necessity of introducing the balanced scorecard as the performance evaluation mode in the financial sharing service center of X company is demonstrated.Then through the analysis of strategic objectives,combined with SWOT analysis,draw the current stage of strategic map,the establishment of a performance evaluation index system.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is applied to analyze and calculate from the perspective of the whole and three specific business groups.Finally,based on the analysis of the currentoperation situation of the financial Shared service center,Suggestions for improvement are put forward,and the research conclusions and limitations of this paper are drawn.The existing problems in the financial sharing service center of X company include: high cost,no revenue,poor customer demand satisfaction ability,internal process to be optimized,staff rotation and business innovation to be strengthened;According to the above problems,the following Suggestions are put forward: reduce costs,improve efficiency,strengthen improvement measures for customer needs,upgrade and maintain internal business processes,improve the rotation system,and encourage employees to think creatively.Conclusions are as followed:First,the current situation of the financial Shared service center of X company is suitable for the performance evaluation system of balanced scorecard.Second,a performance evaluation system that conforms to the actual situation and development direction of X company's financial Shared service center is constructed.Thirdly,it concludes the current problems and deficiencies of the financial sharing service center of X company,and puts forward targeted Suggestions for the existing problems.
