Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of The Development Of Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zones

With the continuous advancement of the “Belt and Road Initiative”initiative,China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones have developed rapidly and become one of the important measures for China's foreign direct investment.The construction and development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones has become an important platform for Chinese enterprises to actively “go global”.At the same time,it has opened up new space for Chinese enterprises to actively expand overseas markets,reducing the cost of “going out” and the risk of overseas investment..Therefore,increasing the construction and development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones is of great significance to China's transfer of overcapacity,evading trade barriers and expanding the level of opening up.This paper takes China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone as the research object,and uses case analysis,literature analysis and data analysis to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on the dynamic mechanism of the development of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones.First of all,this paper expounds the relevant theories and literatures on the dynamic mechanism of the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone,and analyzes that the current research mainly focuses on the research of the dynamic mechanism of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,while the research on the overseaseconomic and trade cooperation zones is relatively rare..Then,based on the analysis of the development of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,the author analyzes the dynamic factors and dynamic mechanisms within the system of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones.Secondly,taking Peng Sheng Industrial Park as an example,on the basis of analyzing the development status of the park,further demonstrates the results of the interaction of various dynamic factors in the internal system of the park and the dynamic mechanism running through the whole process of the park,and the factors that constrain the development of the park are drawn.Finally,based on the analysis of the dynamic mechanism of the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone and the factors restricting the development of the park,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given: the early warning and prevention mechanism for avoiding political risks should be improved;the foreign exchange management system of the park should be actively improved;The degree of concentration;Improve technological innovation capabilities.In this way,we will promote the sound and rapid development of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones and become an important force for China's foreign economic development.
