Research On The Development Model Of China's Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone

The overseas economic and trade cooperation zone,as the space carrier of China's foreign direct investment,it is an important platform for Chinese enterprises to participate in the construction of "Belt and Road",go to sea in groups,evade trade barriers and transfer excess capacity.It is precisely because it meets the development needs of our country and the host country well,and since the steady advance of the "Belt and Road" strategy,China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones have entered a period of vigorous development,gradually groping in the practice has formed the unique characteristic,the own system development pattern.However,at present,the studies of the overseas economic and trade cooperation zones are still confined to case studies and description of phenomena,lagging behind their actual development and national strategic needs.Therefore,a model study and experience summary of the development of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones are carried out,it can perfect the research of China's foreign direct investment and promote the national strategy landing,and has high theoretical and practical value.This research is divided into four parts: Basic Research,Development Research,case study and research conclusion.The first chapter is the basic research.It puts forward the research questions,defines the research object,and defines the related research concepts of the development model of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones with the help of the life cycle theory of industrial parks,after sorting out the relevant research at home and abroad put forward the content and ideas of this paper.The second,third and fourth chapters are development studies.The second chapter introduces the 20 state-level Overseas Economic and trade cooperation zones in China as the object of study,and combs the development process and characteristics of the zones.Chapter III with specific cases of cooperation zones,China's foreign economic and trade cooperation zones in the development and construction of the model and its influencing factors.The Fourth Chapter analyzes the Industrial Development Pattern and the spatial distribution pattern of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,and points out the corresponding relationship and the development path between them.The fifth chapter is the case analysis.Based on the above research on the development model of the overseas economic and Trade Cooperation Zone,this paper analyzes the Suez economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in Egypt.Finally,for the conclusion and the prospect,summarized the main research conclusion,proposed the direction which waits for the further research./n It is found that:(1)the development of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones has experienced exploration period,growth period and development period,and its development features are mainly embodied in the aspects of quantity scale,spatial distribution,types of zones and main bodies of zones.The development mode of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is the combination of development and construction mode,industrial development mode and spatial distribution mode.The modes of development and construction can be divided into the mode of large-scale enterprises' independent support,the mode of "strong-strong cooperation" between Chinese and foreign enterprises,the mode of multienterprise group-forming,and the mode of specialized park developers' construction,the Industrial Development Pattern and the spatial distribution pattern evolve dynamically along the development path according to the different development stage of the cooperation zone.3 The development of Suez Economic and Trade Cooperation Zone in Egypt validates the previous research on the development model of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone.
