Research On The Influential Factors Of The Construction Of Chinese Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone

Under the background of economic globalization,problems such as rising manufacturing costs,excess production capacity,and export frustration have hampered the development of Chinese economy and trade.As a new form of foreign investment,the foreign economic and trade cooperation zone has played an active role in China' s direct foreign investment in export trade.The foreign economic and trade cooperation zone has now become an important platform for Chinese companies to " go global" and has taken over with the "Belt and Road" strategy,which has become an important strategy for China.By the end of 2017,99 overseas economic and trade cooperation zones with effective results have been under construction in 44 countries,with an investment of 30.69 billion U.S.dollars.Among them,there are 75 cooperative zones in 22 countries along the "Belt and Road”,with an investment of 25.45 billion US dollars(accounting for 82.9%of the total investment in the zone).The study on the influencing factors of the establishment of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone has certain strategic significance in the theory and guidance of the practice of "going out".Based on the theory of foreign direct investment and relevant theories of the development zone,this article describes the development overview of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zones and the characteristics of regional distribution,investment methods,industry positioning,and development experience.It also analyzes that China and its parks have the most Russia,the longest-running product trade between Egypt and the two countries,introduced the significance of industrial positioning in the industry in order to further explore in depth the influence of the trade situation between the two countries on the establishment of cooperation zones.Then use the panel data of bilateral trade,market size,labor force,infrastructure,and government behavior of 54 countries from 2007 to 2016 to conduct logit analysis to find out the influencing factors that affect the choice of countries in the cooperation zone.Finally,it fully combines theoretical and empirical results with the problems it faces today,and proposes targeted and practical recommendations.This study believes that information channels should be unblocked,and that host countries should take foll advantage of their labor force to fully understand the host country,integrate local development features,build multinational talents training,further optimize and stimulate the development potential of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones,and realize the mutual benefits and win-win situation between China and host countries.
