A Study On Operation Mechanism Of China's Overseas Economic And Trade Coopertion Zone

China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone(COETCZ) is a new path of enterprise's international operation under the guidance of the national coordination, which is helpful for exploring a new way to go out and start foreign direct investment and are sharing resources of international market and excavating and developing the international market.t is also an important measure to avoid trade barriers,use up excess production capacity and relieve cost pressure of production and operation.At the same time,the host country has received great economic benefits because of the development concept of Building and sharing and win-win. COETCZ has a positive meaning in employment increases,industry promotion,product supply for the host country.Under the new period,the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone provides the carrier and the starting point for the landing of "The Belt and Road" strategy, and provides the model experience for the domestic enterprises to enter the market, so that the economic benefits of the strategy can be fully demonstrated and the whole strategic goal can be realized.This paper analyzes the development situation of COETCZ , and generalize its economic logic and operating mechanism.Through analyzing the case of Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone,this thesis also points out the development situation and advantageous factors,and finds some problem in Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone.Based on the analysis of the operational mechanism of COETCZ, this paper gives policy suggestions from three levels: government, park and enterprise.COETCZ should be accelerated with "The Belt and Road"strategy,and pulled into the planning area of the top design. The park should promote precise publicity and investment efficiency,then,improve the screening mechanism of admission enterprises to ensure the implementation of park planning.For another aspect of enterprise, should realize localization business and pay attention to transnational talent training and coordinated development.
