A Study On Development Of China's Overseas Economic And Trade Cooperation Zone Under The Strategy Of The Belt And Road

The construction of China's overseas economic and trade cooperation zone(COETCZ)shows that Chinese enterprises are exploring a new way to go out and start foreign direct investment and are sharing resources of international market and excavating and developing the international market.It is also an important measure to avoid trade barriers,use up excess production capacity and relieve cost pressure of production and operation.COETCZ provides a security for Chinese enterprises which can do business activities more safely and also provides a platform for Chinese enterprises which can do transnational business through cluster more easily.COETCZ can also drive the host countries to develop better.The COETCZ that we are building which is about 70% around the Belt and Road countries,the COETCZ as the important supporting point of the Belt and Road has appeared.This thesis analyzes the development situation of COETCZ and points outthe construction situation and features of COETCZ in different time.Through analyzing the case of Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone,this thesis also points out the development situation and advantageous factors,and finds some problem in Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Zone.According to this thesis,it is better for COETCZ that Chinese government should guide the construction of COETCZ to combine the strategy of the Belt and Road and make more preferential policies.For one aspect of chamber of commerce,should enhance to publicize and popularize for COETCZ.For another aspect of enterprise,should pay attention to transnational talent training to realize localization business.
